The Most Perfect Prayer: “Father, I Love You.”

Truly, My brothers and sisters, humanity is hungry [we had previously prayed for various concerns, including for people who suffer from hunger]. But to an even greater extent it hungers for spiritual nourishment. Many understand that something is in upheaval; they sense the growing unrest, the decline of the values by which they have been able to orient themselves until now. Something not yet tangible frightens them, uncertainty spreads, familiar things are lost. Human beings hunger not only outwardly; above all, they hunger inwardly! They hunger for love, for safety and a sense of being sheltered; they hunger for truth!

The opposing side, which has brought about this situation and promotes it with all its strength, naturally makes use of this, and in a subtle way that I have shown you more than once, it leads seekers astray. They often do not notice it and follow false teachers and their teachings.

This is one side.

On the other side stands the light, stands My word, which reaches My own throughout the world, and stand those who have declared themselves ready in this time to take their place on the side of truth. You and countless others belong among them.

In many of My revelations I have reminded My own again and again where their true home is, what an immeasurable potential of spiritual power each one carries within, and how creatively thoughts act. And again and again I have called you, asked you, drawn you, led you ever deeper into My wisdom, when necessary also with the required seriousness. For My love, which embraces all, contains seriousness alongside joy and bliss. Therefore it cannot be otherwise than that, out of love for My own, I also sometimes speak to you with a call to action and—rightly understood—also in a challenging way. For although I am the One who enfolds you in love, I am also the One who wants to move you, who walks at your side, indeed who goes ahead. And all those who love Me will follow Me.

Today I want to direct your attention to one particular aspect. You know that I love all My creatures infinitely. All of them, therefore you and you and you as well. And because I look into the hearts of My children—deeply, down to the very ground—I also know that each one loves Me. In the innermost being of each one, My infinite, eternal love is anchored, and it moves My child, at some point of its own free will, to set out again on the way to heaven.

Love is the driving force, and longing the force that propels you onward.

Deep within your souls you say to Me: “Father, I love You.”

And now My question to your human self: “When did you and you, My child—apart from the beautiful songs you sing—last say to Me, ‘I love You’? Not with your head, not with your lips, but with your heart? ‘Father, I love You.’”

The highest form of love is surrender, and the most perfect prayer is the words rising from the heart: “I love You.”

I encourage you, I come very near to you, and I open your hearts as far as you allow them to be opened. And if you wish, let the call rise upward: “Father, I love You.”

Do you know, My child, that the law is contained in these words. For whoever loves Me acts accordingly. Then you no longer need detailed instructions for your daily life, because you l i v e in Me. Your love for Me, and therefore for your neighbor and for yourself, determines your actions. That is what I desire from My children. It is not a matter of setting priorities in your life in which you put Me first. No, I want more. I want you completely! Just as your soul too desires to be wholly in Me and with Me.

I desire that you live in My Spirit—and then act as you wish. For every one of your actions is then determined by Me. I am then the “overarching structure” in your life that encompasses everything you are and everything you do.

My own set out to fight at the side of the light. They know that this means they must first conquer themselves; and I know that all of you are constantly striving to do this—one somewhat more, another somewhat less. But the flame of love for Me burns in your hearts. Therefore it is also not a question of whether or that you fall from time to time. Even when you fall I am at your side and lessen the consequences. Above all, however, I am beside you, My child, to lift you up again and set you upright, to take you into My arms and say to you: “You have learned something; you have become stronger. My light, My power of love can now flow to you in an even greater measure than before—to you, My upright son, My loving daughter.”

And then we look at one another; you place your hand in Mine, I say to you: “Let us go on,” and together we take up the next stretch of your life. You mature, you grow, and you begin to radiate more and more. The realization dawns within you that although you are a student on this earth, with every experience you have had with Me you slowly but surely grow into your task as a teacher.

To work first on yourself is necessary. I use the example I have used before: a lifeguard must first learn to swim himself. This is not selfishness. But in doing so he must not lose sight of his task of helping his neighbor, of rescuing him.

This is the situation in which you who hear and read My word find yourselves, together with many others who consciously gave their yes for this time.

When you leave this earth to enter the brighter spiritual realms, you will be your own judges. You will look at yourselves, your lives, your motives, what you did and failed to do; you will assess the time of your past life clearly and without outside influence. For those who set out for Me, the foremost question will be: To what extent—that is, how often and for how long—was I there for my neighbor, and how much time did I use for my own interests, time that may have been lacking for my neighbor and my task?

Take care even now that you will not have to be frightened in that moment, that you will not discover an imbalance in the way you distributed your time—and therefore your love—that makes you deeply sad. Remember: countless people are waiting for you, who need you as an example, whose hunger you can and are to satisfy.

So do not stand still. Trust that I will bring to you those who need your help. And then speak and act from your heart, as sons and daughters of God do who have had their daily experiences with the love that I am.

Love too, as I told you at the beginning, must sometimes be serious. It must raise its voice—admonishingly, and when necessary also warningly—and remind you: whoever merely reads and hears My words without ordering his life according to them and acting accordingly is a fool and sooner or later will encounter self-caused difficulties. And whoever does not live what he teaches must—at least temporarily—sooner or later fail.

Yet whatever takes place within My law: My law is love! And love always has only this one goal: to hold very firmly the hands that reach toward My outstretched hand, and to call again and again to each of My children: “Come, let us take the next step.” Listen within yourself, My son, My daughter; pay attention to your inner feelings, remember the love that is within you, and if you wish, let these words rise from your heart:

“I love You as Father, as Mother, as brother and friend, as the eternal, holy life that You are within me and within everyone and everything.” Amen.

Divine Revelation

Yes, truly, I love you; and whoever among you also loves Me, his heavenly Father, from the depths of his heart—whoever therefore does My works, whoever bears witness to My merciful, forgiving and unconditional fatherly love—will create and experience heaven already on earth. And not only for himself, but for all those for whom he bears responsibility and who live around him, and beyond them for all those for whom he ultimately—as I told you—set out in order to be an example to them.

My beloved sons and daughters, the world is burning, and I, your Father, your Lord and God, who was, is and will be forever, look upon the activity of My children in this world with a sorrowful heart, as human beings would express it. Yet I have given My own My law and explain it again and again. I did so without ceasing in the past, I do so today, and I will also do so in the future through sons and daughters who surrender themselves to Me, and into whose hearts and therefore also through whose mouths I am able to speak. In this way I set before My own the path they are to take—if they wish—in order to come out of their distress, sorrow and need, illness and fate, straight into My arms.

Each one of you, My beloved, is called every day—wherever you may be—to promote and do what is good, what is true, indeed what is divine, so that light may arise where darkness is and My own hunger and thirst for truth, justice and love. And truly, I tell you, great is this hunger and great the thirst for the light and Spirit of your Father, for the gifts from your home.

So strive to fulfill what has been entrusted to you and to which each of you once gave his clear and conscious yes; oh, strive to make it a reality for the healing and blessing of many who long and who carry within themselves the desire to come to know their heavenly Father, so as to bring His love, His strength and His blessing into their lives.

See what a great task, My beloved, has been placed in your hands!

Take the radiance of this day and this season as a symbol. Radiant is this day; healing and blessing go forth from it, yet the leaves of nature fall to the earth and pass away. On the other hand, the fruits can be harvested that are wholesome, full of strength and blessing, and thus able to satisfy the needs of My own.

Look wisely at the lives of all of you. And I say this beyond this room to all who hear and read My word: “Whom do you serve, My child? Do you serve the dust of this world and one day fall like a withered leaf from the tree of life? Or will you become that fruit which is handed to you yourself from the fruit basket of your life and gives you and many of your brothers and sisters on this side and beyond the veil life, strength and love?”

So take what I have set before you; receive the questions within yourselves and turn them over within you, My beloved sons and daughters. The love that I am will give you the right answers from within, and then correct what needs to be corrected. Direct your gaze anew toward My way, for all too quickly life on this earth comes to an end. I tell you: remorse and bitterness will then be great when the soul looks back upon what it failed to do and must recognize that much of what it once viewed with pride, and what was important to its heart and significant to it, suddenly no longer exists.

Truly, I tell you, this recognition can mean for the soul that condition which human beings, in ignorance of its true meaning, describe as “hellish.”

Serious and urgent too, My beloved, as I told you, are My words, and yet they cannot be otherwise than borne by care and love for My own, indeed for My whole creation. For the goal of love is sooner or later to embrace again all creatures, everything created.

So once more I call into the deepest depths of every soul: “My child, I love you from eternity to eternity. You are Mine. So come home.” Amen.
