In unrest and agitation of the soul,
- Provenance
- Samuel Surazal
In unrest and agitation of the soul,
in the numbing noise
and frantic bustle of this world,
in every pain and suffering
there is a place within us
that is silence and peace.
This place belongs to us
and its door is always open.
Yes, in our innermost being
we are actually always there,
for at heart
we ourselves are
this place.
