I have no belief

Provenance: Samuel Surazal
Books: Drinking from His Eyes

I have no belief
in immortality.
Immortality cannot
be believed.
To philosophize about truth
brings one no closer to truth.
To imagine love
is not an encounter with love.
Enlightenment cannot be conceived.
Life simply happens
and gives itself to the
“poor in spirit.”
