In the enlightenment of the soul

In the enlightenment of the soul
you can attain peace
and freedom of the soul.
Yet it does not bring
the final liberation
from the dark valley
of fallen human existence.
Only unrestricted surrender
to your Father in Jesus Christ
gives you imperishable love
and true redemption
from the cycle
of transience and death.
Only in the heart of God
do you find your origin and your goal.
In Him the cycle is completed
of your becoming and your being.
