Excerpt from a Revelation:

Dear brothers and sisters,

while doing some research, I came across a passage in an earlier revelation that I believe is interesting for all of us. On that occasion I became aware that we often — this probably applies to most of us — move far too quickly past statements we receive in the messages from the Father or from Christ.

Perhaps one person or another among you feels the same as I do. In my view, the attached passage is such an example. I have resolved to be even more sensitive in the future than in the past and not to pass so quickly over the many “precious stones” in the revelations.

With love,

Hans

Many of your prayers or invocations are spoken from the position of a petitioner. It is a remnant from a time when human beings were still far from recognizing themselves — and for the most part still are today — as free creatures of My love who carry within themselves great spiritual potential. They were and are not aware of their task of moving toward Me, so most often it was and is a matter of asking Me or leaving something to Me and then waiting to see what might happen.

“Father, do not abandon me” is one example, as are

“Lord, open Your heart to me,”

“Jesus, please do this or that for me,” or

“Dear God, do not forget me.”

If you reflect, you will find many more such and similar statements.

Now, in the realization that you want to express your will to come nearer to Me, transform your requests into sincere declarations of intention and speak to Me from the position of a child of God becoming conscious of who it is. That might then sound like this:

“Father, I will not abandon You,”

“Lord, I open my heart to You,”

“Jesus, I will do this or that for You,” or

“Dear God, I will not forget You.”

Each of you will sense the difference. It consists in coming out of the passive attitude “I am only a weak human being” and doing something, resolving something, perhaps even promising something, but in every case becoming active. If you practice this, then you take an important step into your spirituality: You acknowledge that you are more than helpless sinners; you affirm that a power — My power — wants to become alive within you, a power that can and will set you in motion if this is also your will.

This is how following Me, which I spoke of in My last revelation, becomes visible in your life to yourselves and to others.
