Divine Revelation
My beloved sons and daughters, one or another among you may wonder why I return again and again, and increasingly often, to the confrontation between light and darkness. And he may ask himself why it is so important to know about it. Is it not enough simply to live love?
There is no question that the most desirable thing is to shape one’s life so that honest effort to practice love of God and neighbor stands at the center. The powers of darkness know this, of course. That is why from the beginning it has been their endeavor to begin their disruptive attempts with each individual as early as possible and—ideally—in this way prevent an approach to Me before it can even begin.
For many of My human children it is difficult to understand that invisible satanic forces should be continually acting into your world and into the life and everyday existence of every person. If they consider such a possibility at all, it is associated with very abstract, immature ideas. And in the background the “devil laughs up his sleeve,” because he sees how his seed has sprouted, what fruits it has produced and continues to produce.
Anyone who knows about the Fall, the fall of the angels, also knows that the struggle darkness wages against light is still going on—at the moment more fiercely than ever. Can you imagine that there is planning behind it? An extremely sophisticated procedure? And that the confrontation does not take the form of two opposing armies crashing into one another? You can learn to see through the strategy of the opposing forces a little if you consider what measure would absolutely have to be part of making the soul-development of human beings more difficult or impossible; and what one would have to do in order to surround My simple teaching of love with many question marks to which answers are difficult to find.
Is it not obvious that people’s ignorance had to be promoted under all circumstances in order to make My children follow a falsified teaching like “blind sheep”? To make them regard all sorts of outward things as important, to have them often live by a literal belief in words, and to answer their justified questions with the statement “that one cannot penetrate the mysteries of God”?
The ignorance spread throughout the world, combined with numerous false teachings, has resulted in people finding no satisfactory answers; and even those who love Me and follow Me repeatedly fall into the error of viewing all events with their outward senses and trying to classify with their intellect what can never lead to realization and finding the truth; and therefore cannot lead to a stable and lasting foundation of soul on which decisions made with Me and in My Spirit can rest.
Ignorance is one of the greatest evils. For in many cases it leads to only lukewarm implementation of My commandment of love. It is one of the most effective brakes on living selfless and unconditional love in everyday life; for many see no meaning in their efforts because these apparently do not bring the hoped-for fruits, or point only to some kind of future bliss in which they can scarcely believe.
The consequences are fear and insecurity, doubt and a joy that diminishes more and more; above all, however, a waning trust in Me and My flawless guidance. The instrument of “ignorance” has proved highly efficient …
I have already named an effective antidote, in whose use I support you at any time. Its wonderful effect within you cannot be pointed out often enough. For if you not only know about it but practice it—as far as possible with much or everything that comes your way—you will acquire a different view. “A different view” means at the same time:
You detach yourselves from a way of looking and from ideas that are all too often directed only toward the outward; toward what takes place before your eyes; toward what apparently happens without reason or by chance; toward what has been staged by the opposing side and contains many lies; toward what you then mistakenly take in as truth and reality, though in truth it is only the reflection of what takes place in the spiritual realm. For there lie the causes, and therefore there also lie the solutions and the answers.
The means by which you can free yourselves from the fetters and compulsion of having immediately to see, assess, and classify everything with outward eyes—with the resulting influence and manipulation—is this:
Make it a habit to view everything from a spiritual perspective!
If you practice this, you will become ever better able not to stare like the “rabbit at the snake.” Then you begin to recognize what is truly being played out in this world. More and more you acquire the insight that My law of cause and effect determines every event in My creation, which of course includes earth and human beings.
But it will be an equally great help to you with everything that happens to you in your own life. Then you will not merely register things—if you do even that—but you will see connections and understand why this or that happened as it did. Had to happen as it did, because My law became active. Then it remains up to your free will how you act: whether you pass over it or see in it the opportunity for self-knowledge offered to you through the energy of the day.
Deliberately created ignorance brings in its wake much that impairs you, makes you ill in soul and body, and causes you to stagnate. If it is replaced by knowledge, or much better still by wisdom, it loses its power and can no longer be used to seduce My human children. Anyone who has learned to see things from a spiritual perspective becomes free and freer and outwits darkness. It must let him go because he has become one who knows, one who sees through things, whose fear I have replaced with trust, whose dejection I have replaced with joy, and whose lack of drive I have replaced with forward movement.
I must, however, pour a small drop of bitterness into My encouraging and heartening words: It is not enough to believe that ignorance is transformed into knowledge simply by viewing circumstances spiritually. More than enough knowledge exists in the heads of My children, too much even in the heads of those who do not use their intellect as the right hand of their heart. If such knowledge were the key to realization, then all whose brains are filled with it would have to be able to see through themselves, their fellow human beings, and the background of world events. But that is not the case, My beloved; very few recognize the chaos prevailing in your world, and far fewer still the string-pullers behind it.
Therefore I repeat what some of you are not hearing for the first time:
Knowledge must step by step become wisdom, knowledge of the heart, and this happens exclusively through love lived out.

What, then, does “from a spiritual perspective” mean? It means first of all fundamentally acknowledging that nothing ever happens arbitrarily or by chance—that is, without there being a reason for it—neither in great things nor small, neither in the world nor in your life. A spiritual view recognizes an event, whatever its kind, as the expression of causes lying behind it and at the same time as an opportunity to respond to it rightly. Thus all processes taking place in matter present themselves as an effect of what happened before.
It therefore brings you nothing merely to look at the surface, perhaps even refusing to accept anything other than what can be seen and heard. For then you always run the risk of not drawing the right conclusions from what you believe you have recognized. Or it causes you to react wrongly, by which I mean that you act from the human level, from your ego. In many situations you then behave as the opposing side wishes:
Fear arises within you, or frustration, or doubt, or repression, or unbelief, and more besides. In all such and similar cases you are no longer master of your own decisions.
For with corresponding knowledge, combined with a little courage and in connection with Me, you would often have decided differently. The inner strength—My strength—within you would then have been, or would be, present in sufficient measure because you have already traveled part of the way by My hand. If you sense that something is still lacking for you in this point, then you can ask Me to make you strong and stronger.
The mere acknowledgment of the fact that I make no mistake will change you inwardly, because you then grow more and more into an ever greater trust. This in turn affects the stability of your soul, but also your physical health. The confidence with which you learn to affirm events grows and grows because you understand that nothing happens outside My will. Hope, which at the beginning of your path to Me was an important support, is transformed through experience and becomes knowledge.
As the ignorant, on the other hand, you often become playthings of satanic forces that fill your thoughts with fear and lack of trust. As their point of entry they use a connection with Me that is not yet as close and permanently stable as, in the depths of your soul, you have desired from eternity.
To view something with spiritual eyes therefore means to go into the depths and not allow yourselves too quickly to be seduced into false views and reactions by events played out on the stage of your “reality.” For better understanding, take the concept of “transience” as an example.
For most of you transience carries something negative, something you would prefer permanently to avoid—if only you could—or something you do not concern yourselves with in the first place because the thought unconsciously arouses fear. Thus everything connected with it is repressed. Yet just as unconsciously, somewhere in a corner of your thinking, you nevertheless know that this is no solution. For what is repressed acts all the more intensely in its hiding place and sooner or later will press into consciousness in order to make itself felt more strongly there.
Nothing in My creation can disappear never to return. Fundamentally everything is energy, and energy cannot be destroyed, though it can be transformed. This also applies to matter, to everything gross-material, and therefore also to the human being. Therefore also to you and you and you. This means: You will exist for and throughout all eternity, not in your material form, to be sure, but as a spiritual being. This form of existence—which represents the true life created by Me—is so many times greater, more beautiful, and more fulfilling that you have no words with which this existence could be described.
When you look at nature, you recognize that transience means that the old has fulfilled its task and now makes room for the new. This is a process that will continue as long as matter exists, which in the end will be returned again as energy.
That is evolution. My entire creation is evolution and will expand for all eternity, because space and time do not exist for Me. You call this process of necessary, continual transformation, which is part of the return, transience—and thereby, especially when you burden it with fear, you have fallen into a trap of darkness. Then you have remained on the surface, although as Jesus of Nazareth I taught something different. In such cases you have become victims of ignorance; you could have known better.
This example also shows another aspect that is so often overlooked. You did know it; you therefore should have known it, for you know My words about it from your Scripture and from many revelations. But they were not present within you. You read them, spoke about them, perhaps can even talk about the experiences of others who had near-death experiences—and nevertheless little or nothing of it has become part of your thinking and your life. Your automatic reaction then resembles that of a person who would prefer not to deal with the matter because it is unpleasant to him and because he is afraid of it.
Answer the question for yourselves, My sons and daughters, whether—when you notice such behavior in yourselves—you have remained on the surface, or whether with a deeper gaze you can already apply what is firmly anchored within you as a rock-solid conviction not open to debate. If the latter is the case, then you are entirely or largely free from fears, doubts, uncertainties, and much more.

By means of another example I want to place before your eyes the necessity of looking from a spiritual perspective. It concerns the current situation in your country, on your earth, but also the development on your planet as such.
At present you hear and read much that serves to frighten you. This includes warnings, threats, speculations, negative predictions, reports of accidents and catastrophes packaged in news that may be true or may not, because they are often used for manipulation. You are inundated with it, so that anyone who is not careful and does not inwardly distance himself from the great amount of information deliberately scattered worldwide finds it difficult to remain within himself. Is that a coincidence? You know that there is no such thing. Do you simply take note of it, often with an uneasy, fearful feeling, but otherwise with a determination not to think about it?
I am not telling you for the first time that fear is a favored means successfully employed by those who have dishonest intentions. If, with eyes that had already learned to see the subtle realm as well, you could look at your planet from space, you would be frightened: for ever denser and more extensive clouds of fear-energy have formed around the earth, which meanwhile make it difficult for many people to continue thinking clearly.
I teach you the logic of the heart, and anyone who has practiced it a little already knows that there can be nothing better or more important than training one’s own inner feeling and thinking in order to become free and remain free. Part of the logic of the heart is repeatedly trying to direct your gaze behind things. “Behind things” means engaging with spiritual laws. They reveal to you what is truly going on in your world. They can help clear many a clouded view. They show you the path that leads from ignorance to knowledge, from manipulation to realization, and from restriction of consciousness to clarity.
That, however, is the very last thing the powers of darkness can use, the powers that rule your planet and many of your representatives of the people. They do everything possible to keep your senses fixed on the superficial. This is all the easier for them because they have succeeded in frightening you and at the same time distracting you in many ways through an offering of shallow entertainment.
Therefore, whenever news reaches you that makes you restless, causes you to doubt, or gives you an “uneasy feeling,” apply the standard of My divine laws, first and foremost the law of cause and effect. Its designation as the law “of sowing and reaping” actually says everything. It is not by chance that it leads a shadowy existence, including and especially in your churches. If it is mentioned at all, it is interpreted into the future, toward some future event, toward what awaits the human being after his “death.”
That there could be a karma created by a large part of humanity as a whole—something for which not merely an individual is responsible—is not considered at all. The general view is: if time has passed over it, and if negative consequences did not show themselves immediately, it no longer exists. At any rate it has disappeared from human consciousness, much to the delight of dark forces.
But what the seed of the past consists of, how it can be possible for it to become harvest in the present, and how its enormous explosive force has caused the barrel to overflow, is concealed from you or not explained: “… because the human being cannot penetrate the mysteries of God.”
You know from numerous revelations that negative energy, created and brought into the world through unlawful actions, does not disappear by itself into nowhere. Everything that has not yet been transformed by love—which includes remorse, making amends, or working off a burden as compensation—into higher energies still waits to be “redeemed.” As long as this process has not yet been initiated or completed, all that is negative, evil, or unlawful still exists and acts upon you. It makes no difference whether such an event happened only recently or lies eons in the past.
My patience lasts infinitely long. This does not mean that under certain circumstances the hand of the clock will not eventually pass twelve. I am patient for the very reason that in this way I give the originators an opportunity to reach insight and remorse before the effects of their deeds take effect.

What is now beginning to become visible as harvest therefore has its origin, its seed, in the past. Consider, insofar as looking back into your history allows it, the wars, enslavements, oppressions, cover-ups, exploitation of less developed peoples, the distortion of My teaching of love, the persecution of those faithful to Me, and countless other things. In this way you gain a “faint idea” of what humanity has entered on the credit side over the course of its history.
Making matters worse is the fact that My outstretched hand through Jesus Christ, which could have removed much guilt, was not accepted. On the contrary: people sinned, and continue to sin, to the same or a greater degree than before. The debit side shows a serious deficit.
Many of the souls who caused these things have incarnated again in this time, either to continue their devilish work or to atone by working off what they caused. Thus an explanation is not difficult to find for what is now happening. It therefore does not happen by chance, nor does it represent punishment on My part: It is the coming into effect of My law, which in this way begins to restore order.
For those who know Me and the background of your world events, this is no reason to fall away from faith or doubt Me. Yet it will not be easy even for those faithful to Me. And nevertheless there is a difference between merely looking at the surface of events and living with the knowledge that everything proceeds without error according to My law.
For the one who acknowledges that My law works without error, a further consideration opens up. It can become for him a walking staff on his path to Me, with which he will overcome even the greatest obstacles. For from the conviction that I have everything under control—even when it appears completely different in the eyes of many because they do not know My wisdom—there follows only one conclusion:
Then everything that takes place in the world and in your lives must also be good and right! This is a mighty statement! It is an unshakable truth! For from acknowledging that there is no error it follows automatically that what My love brings forth must be good, constructive, and helpful! You cannot agree with the one thing but reject what follows from it because it—perhaps—does not fit your wishes and ideas … Illogic has no place in Me.
This way of viewing things brings you a security, a certainty, and a comfort before which the adversary must capitulate. In this you receive a great gain, the greatest gain of all that comes to you when you are more willing than in the past to consider the spiritual aspects.
The ignorant will experience the future full of fear and despair. Those who know will entrust themselves to Me, and in their inner state they will experience the difference between the seductive suggestions of what is satanic and the calm and stability within them that they gain through their decision for Me.
For each of you personally as well, it is worthwhile repeatedly to direct your gaze away from the actual events and toward the spiritual background. Many of you have forgotten, or never learned, to ask yourselves what this or that wants to tell you. Far too often and too quickly you simply move on to the next thing and thus miss many opportunities to learn something about yourselves and about what drives or hinders you.
This process, My beloved, is of immense importance for your inner development. For a time you can evade this task of self-knowledge. But here too, in every soul and every human being, My law is at work. For I want to bring you back to Me. For this reason alone I created the law of sowing and reaping, so that through the effects a person feels in his own life it moves everyone to reflect, rethink, and finally turn back. There is no permanent escape, for this applies: What a person does not want to see will find him.
“Ignorance is no protection from punishment,” says one of your popular sayings. Viewed spiritually, this statement is only partly true, because I do not punish. Nor does your ignorance protect you from being subject to the law. Yet this is what My adversary and yours wants you to believe; more than that: he wants you to believe that no such divine principle exists at all.
Because My forbearance compels no one to change, the impression has arisen that a person is not confronted at all—or perhaps only sometime later at a “Last Judgment”—with the consequences of his unlawful actions. That the harvest might already make itself felt here and now therefore lies outside the imagination of many. So that this remains the case, Satan and his followers are very intent on continuing to leave you without spiritual knowledge, without enlightenment about the working of My laws.
Yet it remains true—with or without realization—that every person is and remains the maker of his own happiness.
Anyone who believes that love receives too little space in My word today, or is absent from it, should read My revelation once again. My greatest wish is that all My children find their way back to Me as soon as possible. This applies equally to those who have fallen deeply and now have had to spend many eons in darkness. I seek to reach My human children inwardly through My word of revelation, which I give throughout the world.
I brought My commandment of love to My sons and daughters through Jesus of Nazareth, into whom I Myself incarnated. Since then I have continued to give further enlightenment, always adapted to the consciousness of people at the time. This includes explanations about the working of My laws, knowledge of which is important for you because in your time influence by darkness has taken on a different, more dangerous form. They are meant to serve you as indications and warnings so that you can recognize and avoid the numerous traps that have been set. Since I am love, you may assume that everything I bring close to you comes from My love, even when, for example, My seriousness occupies a larger place from time to time.
My beloved, come to Me, again and again, in every unhappy situation you do not understand, and ask Me to help you. Never forget: I am closer to you than your arms and legs—and I love you. There is no call that passes unheard by My ear. I want to make you strong. This also includes your learning to see through what is being played out in your world. Only then, in connection with Me, are you able to enter the coming time with a fearless heart.
Then, if it is your wish, you also grow into your task of bringing light into your world as a lighthouse. Then you change step by step from student to teacher and, where I have placed you, can serve as an example through your effort. Then you become My followers who fulfill My will; for the world is meant to recognize that there is a difference between followers and those who merely repeat or read after Me.
