Divine Revelation

My beloved sons and daughters, My radiance has illuminated your room, and My light has flowed as blessing and strength into your open hearts. You have gathered in My name, in a way that was already practiced in early Christianity. You asked Me to come into your midst, and I have never refused such a request and never will. For where would I rather be than among those who long for Me and do not hide their love for Me, but strive to express it in their daily lives?

You know the saying: Whoever serves the law is served by the law. Today I want to speak to you again about this and deepen your understanding of these words. For they contain the solution to all your human problems, even if at first glance this may not seem so. In doing so, they respect the free will of every creature and give it, to the degree that it surrenders itself to Me and serves the law of love, everything I have to give.

Love includes service, and I tell you: Truly, I am the greatest servant of My creation! And I placed this characteristic within My creatures as a part of their love. That means: you carry the capacity to serve within yourselves, and if you strive to serve your neighbor—and thereby Me—your consciousness expands, the vibration of your soul rises, and your capacity for love grows.

“Whoever serves the law is served by the law” means at the same time that the one who gives also receives. Not the other way around! Whoever gives in the right spirit of love receives in equal or greater measure what I have intended for My children. This principle applies throughout the entire creation: in matter just as in the astral and brighter subtle realms, and also in the purely spiritual heavens.

When a soul enters the beyond, as a rule it will find clear, bright, and spacious realms. It will meet friends who help it find its way in its new home; and it will very quickly learn that this principle of giving and receiving governs all life together in the beyond. No physical exertions, no great intellectual achievements, or other elaborate undertakings are needed in order to live in a situation and environment that more than satisfies everyone—at least for the time being, that is, until the desire for further development grows ever stronger. The soul will experience that this giving is practiced by everyone, that no one asks for reward or return, that people act freely out of love because the principle of giving and receiving is known and already developed in the souls that live in brighter spheres.

Thus no effort is needed in order to lead a life that you cannot imagine in this way on earth. There you need not concern yourselves with how you will live “tomorrow.” You have everything; you receive what you need and beyond, and you strive to be there for your neighbor and to do for him what is help and support, just as this is done for you out of love. It is a life—as you would put it—like paradise, although it is still far from the paradise that is and will be the eternal home of every creature when it once again lives in the highest consciousness, in a state of boundless freedom, lightness, bliss, and infinite love.

In its new world the soul very quickly learns that there are further, higher regions, and—if it desires to know more about these realms—it is taught that ascent to them is possible exclusively through love for one’s neighbor, through serving one’s neighbor. And truly, I tell you: sooner or later the longing will awaken in every soul to develop farther toward its true goal. For I draw every one of My children through My magnetism of love, which becomes stronger and stronger in the measure in which the child gives Me its self-will and its life—both on this side and in the beyond.

This principle of giving—which constitutes a part of serving—and receiving applies, as I have already told you, equally in matter. Yet most people do not know that this spiritual law exists at all. And when they do know it, they very often do not believe in it and therefore do not include it in their daily life, in their lives.

In matter the human being strives to pursue his own interests and first of all to take care of himself and his livelihood. And the more occupied he is with this, the less his gaze falls upon his neighbor and what that neighbor needs. Yet precisely this turning toward one’s neighbor would be the key to making his own lot easier. For what applies in the beyond—and works!—applies on this side as well.

Whoever therefore directs his striving more and more toward serving and giving instead of taking and worrying receives infinitely much support from the spiritual realm, and the burdens of his daily life are taken from him in small or large measure. At the same time he prepares his life in the beyond; for what he has worked out here has impressed itself upon his soul and will allow him to live in those realms that he himself prepared during his earthly days. They will then be weightless spheres in which light prevails, and readiness to give and thereby to help one’s neighbor forms the basis of life together.

When I speak of giving, I do not necessarily or only mean financial help. There is so much you can give to your neighbor—and thereby indirectly or directly to Me. I am thinking, for example, of your time. How many of the hours of your day do you give to Me or to your neighbor? And how many hours do you need for yourselves because you believe that without your own effort and expenditure, without your own will, you cannot attain what seems so important to you for your happiness and satisfaction? If you were to give a part—or a larger part than before—of your time to Me by living the principle of giving and serving more than in the past, then in the spiritual realm very many switches would automatically be set; and much that without this giving you attain only with great effort or not at all would come easily to you or even fall into your lap.

Above all, it would come to you through My will, and thus—in contrast to the fruits of action in self-will—would in every case be suitable for you and “tailored” to you.

If you think about My words and find that there are still times in your life that you could devote more to Me and your neighbor than to yourselves, the question arises in one person or another: “Lord, I do want to, but what should I do?” And then I remind you of the law of attraction that governs all interaction in My creation.

Nothing comes toward you that does not in some way have something to tell you, that does not want to teach you something, bring you joy, or make you reflect. Nothing can encounter you that is not intended for you! My own have often heard these words too. Are you already able to conduct yourselves accordingly in your daily lives and find in it what is important for you, at least to recognize and accept the message within it: This is intended for me, because otherwise it would not have entered my life?

This law of attraction applies down to the finest ramifications. I want to give you an image so that you recognize how wonderfully things proceed in My creation and how I have ordered and regulated everything.

You know that everything is vibration and that like vibrations attract one another. If you search your memories, you can find many experiences and stories in which this law proved true.

Here is My little example:

In your surroundings, perhaps before your front door or in your garden, the plants grow that are important for you. This concerns your health of soul, but also your physical health. If they were not important for you, they would not have their place there but would stand in another location. How can that happen? Remember that everything in creation that has no self-will serves without reservation. Only the human being, through misuse of his will, has broken this principle often enough. Plants, shrubs, flowers, trees—all have no self-will; rather, they serve. They give by growing near those human beings and offering themselves to those who need their healing power.

This little example may help you understand that the law of attraction regulates everything, even the smallest detail. And should it not then also be important and possible for Me to let each individual human being receive what is necessary, strengthening, and constructive for him and advances his spiritual and soul development? The law of attraction will also create the conditions for your desire to serve more than before in your life so that you can put into action what you intend. The question is whether this desire is present within you, or whether you want to let it arise within you? I tell you, even if these words sound a little “casual” to your ears: “Every selfless request is fulfilled by heaven as quickly as possible!” And the desire to become a giver instead of a taker is truly selfless!

And I ask you to consider one more aspect of giving, because the concept of “giving” should not be seen too narrowly: it also includes letting go of familiar but negative qualities, abandoning goals recognized as false, surrender to Me, and your decisions to bring about changes in what has hindered your inner maturation in the past. And for this too I will give you an image:

For whatever reasons, you have left your warm, comfortable home, used your free will, and sat down in front of your house, shivering because it is winter, but with the awareness: “I am allowed to do this, I can do it, and if I ask for help, it will also come.” You ask for help, and it actually comes in the form of a dear person who brings you a cup of hot tea. This solves your problem for a while. For how long? Until you begin to freeze again and the next cup of tea is handed to you.

You can interpret this image in any number of ways. You can replace “freezing” with “unhappy,” “poor,” “sick,” “lonely,” and much more. But one thing remains: Everything you merely supply “from outside”—in My image, in the form of a cup of tea—does not truly solve your problem. It helps you deal with your situation better for a time, but as soon as the effect wears off, you stand before the same difficulties. Could this also be one reason why so many prayers, which likewise represent a cup of tea in the figurative sense, show only a short-lived or perhaps no effect at all? Why only in the rarest cases, because it then corresponds to My law, do they bring about a lasting and often spontaneous change? The same question applies to taking medications and using health-promoting measures.

If the true solution, namely ending the freezing, consists in leaving the cold place in front of the house and returning inside, but this step is not taken, then “every cup of tea” only postpones a decision that in the end must nevertheless be made and will be made. The cup of tea can still be useful if and because it encourages reflection and finally the decision. But without this final step there will be no reentry into the warm and comfortable home.

What might make it difficult for you to go back into the house? What awaits you there? This requires a little going within and reflecting on your own conduct. Perhaps it is fear? Is it your defiance, which as free children of God you may practice as long as you consider right? Is it perhaps an unpleasant reunion waiting for you there? A possible confrontation from which you shrink? Is it inertia? Or giving up your own entrenched positions, which is not easy for you?

Whatever it is that at the moment still prevents you from returning to safety: Free yourselves from it! Think differently! Turn back! Letting go, too, is a form of giving. If you place into My hands what has prevented you until now, I am the One who accompanies you when you return to the safety and protection of the house. And not only do I accompany you: I prepare your arrival.

I ask you to reflect on these words in your lives. I repeat Myself when I say: They are the solution to all your problems. If you do not know how to go on, then come to Me. Come into the chamber of your heart and speak to Me as a child speaks to his father, in simple words. Express your love; tell Me that you have recognized that the way to My heart leads through love, and, so that it does not sound so abstract: through serving and giving as parts of love.

Truly, My sons and daughters, I will fulfill your request, and I will make your souls strong and remind you again and again that you are powerful, radiant sons and daughters of My love who do not need to beg for this or that, but who remember the law: Whoever serves the law of love is also served by the law.

For in this way My children become light in the world, especially in this dark time. They will change their lives, and through their lives—where I have placed them and where they work—their surroundings as well. You receive all the strength for this. I equip you with My joy; I strengthen your trust in My guidance and in My word.

I embrace you and tell you: “I, your Father, love you.”

Amen.
