Divine Revelation
My beloved sons and daughters, as the power that created and sustains everything, I am the life in every individual. Far too seldom do you reflect on what it means that for all eternity and for all time I continually sustain everything and cause it to grow. Human beings, if they consider it at all, direct their gaze only toward the origin of creation, as though this had been a one-time act. Creation will never end. All My children contribute to it, each in its own way and according to its abilities.
Something you reflect on far too rarely, or not at all, is this: Everything created is alive; it lives without interruption, and this life knows no end, even if from your limited perspective it seems that with the so-called death of a human being life has been extinguished. Life is energy, and energy cannot be destroyed. Thus you live for all time, even though in changing forms of existence and on different levels.
Who among you has ever reflected on the mystery of life, which concerns each of you personally as well? Who has considered that he did not come into the world merely as something once created, but that this being carries life within itself, giving it the possibility of developing toward a goal? Must not every life, every energy, have a source? Must there not be a point of origin from which this life pours forth and fills everything with energy? Life cannot exist of itself. Where and who, then, is the origin? What sustains you? The food you eat, or the air you breathe? If that were so, on what does your soul live when it one day leaves the body?
My Spirit is in everything, and therefore also in you. Otherwise you would not exist. What do you imagine by “My Spirit”? Merely a simple form of energy that—like electric current—makes a light bulb glow? One that gives you just enough strength for the days of your life to add up to years, so that in this way you can exist for a while on planet Earth?
Your Scripture says that the human being was created in My image, which is expressed very “imprecisely.” It means that I endowed every creature of the heavens with many of My characteristics, which the immortal spiritual being carries within itself even when it leaves the heavens and incarnates. Thus an eternal, indestructible connection exists between Me and all My children. In your true home, through this connection we exchange, among other things, our love; through it I teach My children and foster their development; through it I am there for everyone at all times; through it we communicate whenever a child feels the need to come to the Source of its life, even if only to “lie down” in the arms of love.
This ability to communicate directly is so natural in heaven that there is no need to mention specially whether or that we speak with one another. Heaven is a unity, and so we two as well—I and you—are inseparably one forever. Nothing changes fundamentally in this, even when a spirit being enters a human body for a time as a soul. The influences of the opposing side, however, make it very difficult for My human children to arrive at this insight, to let it become a firm conviction and thus something natural in their relationship with Me.
Can it therefore be even remotely conceivable that I remain silent? That I refuse to speak with My creatures? That I, selfless and unconditional love, have no ear for the cares and needs of My children? That, as many people have the impression, I am not interested in what happens in your world?
Is it not far more the case that most people do not listen when I speak to them in the most varied ways? That they give Me no opportunity at all to reach them within because their interest is directed toward the world and their ego? And that perhaps they do not even want to hear what I have to say to them because My will would disturb the circles of their self-will?
In your time, words from divine earnestness are more necessary than ever. If you believe—better still, if you know—that I live and speak within you too, and you base your thinking and conduct upon this, then much has already been gained. But because I can as yet reach only very few through clear impulses or direct address within them, I speak to them through the language of the day, through what comes their way. If they were watchful, they could draw almost as much benefit from this indirect language as if they were already familiar with inner dialogue.
In order to teach My human children more comprehensively than is possible for Me through the word of God within each person, which is still buried in so many cases, and thus to give them more basic knowledge and enlighten them, at all times I have called souls who, as human beings, were willing to undertake this service of love. This was so in the Old Covenant, in which My coming was prepared and announced through the mouths of prophets, just as it was in the time after My work on earth. By now the number of those who proclaim My love through the word and strive also to express it in their lives is beyond counting. You find them among all peoples. They carry within themselves individual tasks of the most varied kinds and fulfill them in ways corresponding to their possibilities and mentalities.
Yet whenever they stand in My commission and are already largely free of their own ideas, they will proclaim a God who is love, who neither threatens nor punishes, and who will bring back to Himself all those who once left heaven. And this is done in a language that is not elitist, but can be understood and put into practice by everyone.
The law of attraction ensures that every human being finds “his” group or “his” spiritual teacher, at least as far as the beginning of his search or his turning toward Me is concerned. In the course of his path and his inner development, which can be called an expansion of consciousness, he will, if necessary, come to know other communities and people. In this way his inner feeling becomes more discerning and he learns to separate the wheat from the chaff; for in his search he will encounter much that presents itself as divine teaching but does not come from a divine source, or is a mixture.
Developing this gift of discernment, My beloved, presents for many a seeker a problem that must not be underestimated. The words of your Scripture, “Test everything, and hold fast to what is good,” presuppose that you know the right standard by which you must test. And: you must carry it within you! That means you must test with the heart. If you believe that the word “love” alone is enough to distinguish a true teaching from a false one, you are mistaken. That assumption held before the opposing side—well prepared and subtly orchestrated—began with a large contingent of vassals to target those who carry within themselves a desire for peace and harmony but, for various reasons, have not found their home in Christian religious communities. Through love, light, liberation, ascent, transformation, and much more, they are led onto a path that, after initial “experiences of success,” eventually binds them and turns them into suppliers of energy for the forces of darkness.
You come nearer and nearer to My heart and finally find Me within yourselves when you direct your longing exclusively toward Me. At first this is not always very easy, for the soul may be “hungry.” It has many questions and seeks answers, which are offered to it in abundance, especially in esotericism—even though in many cases they are the wrong ones. If you do not allow yourselves to be led astray, if you seek the love that came into your world in Jesus Christ and reopened heaven for all souls and human beings—that is, brought redemption—then you will find Me. Then you will also recognize that no other effort is needed in order to set out on the way home than this: love—and nothing else.
The law of cause and effect will then become ever more understandable to you, and finally you will recognize in it the decisive key to understanding everything that happens in the world and in your personal life. And little by little you will also accept that the circumstances in which you live are neither coincidences nor even punishment from Me, but rather a learning process that I want to master together with you. Then you will come to know Me as the One who guides you even through the worst storms of the time ahead if you do not let go of the hand of love—My hand. Come what may.
Then you know that I am the only reliable guide; for I live in everyone and know you better than you will ever know yourselves. I know what you need, and through My omnipotence I am able to set the switches on your paths toward Me in such a way that you reach your goal safely and unharmed. It makes no difference whether you turn to Me as Father—or also as Mother—or to Christ, who in Jesus became a human being and thus your brother. In every case you are at the heart of eternal love.
If this is the result of “Test everything, and hold fast to what is good,” and if you decide to head unwaveringly toward this goal with Me, then you are “in the right place.”
To anyone who is still uncertain or hesitant I offer this: Walk a stretch of your path “on a trial basis” with Me. This means: strive more and more to live My commandment of love. If things in your life then begin to fall into order, you may decide whether I speak from truth and am your heavenly Father or not. You may let go of My hand again at any time and return to former patterns of conduct; that will change nothing about My love for you.

A human being who does not know or rejects spiritual laws and accepts only what his senses convey to him is like a wanderer in an inhospitable and unfamiliar region who refuses to remove the blindfold from his eyes. He can never find the way and thus becomes a plaything of forces that want to lead him around in circles or astray. It is therefore important that you learn to view every event from the perspective of spiritual laws, which stand above all other laws. Otherwise it is easily possible for you to be deceived, even in your opinion of yourselves.
It was therefore part of the method of the dark opposing side to suppress knowledge of My laws, but also to obscure the realization that the fallen beings exist very concretely, that from their realms they intervene in events in your world, and how this happens. In this way these forces have, for as long as human beings can remember, been able largely unhindered to wage from the invisible realm their struggle against the light and its faithful ones. In your time this confrontation is moving toward a preliminary climax. Whoever in the past was willing to look and listen carefully could readily recognize the development.
The background is this: darkness is rearing up because it senses that it can no longer win. The causes set by humanity over centuries and millennia are moving toward their effects. The harmful seed is showing its harmful fruits. In this phase, both sides—the side of light and the side of darkness—must once more mobilize all their forces. My faithful ones and I are concerned with shaking My human children awake and moving them to reflect and turn around. The forces of darkness are trying to hold their position as long as possible and to let as much negativity as possible flow into your world, not merely accepting destruction but consciously using it as a means of generating fear.
Both I and My adversary—and therefore yours as well—have prepared carefully. On the side of light stand many who, through a decision before their incarnation, expressed that they wanted to work as followers of Jesus. Their decision was often made many centuries ago by your reckoning of time, and various incarnations served to strengthen the power of their souls and prepare them for what is taking place in the present time.
In addition, many of your brothers and sisters from the purely spiritual realms have decided to incarnate in order to strengthen the great host of willing ones who fight for Me and with Me. In this you can recognize their selfless love—which, incidentally, burns in the same or a similar form, though usually still unrecognized, within you as well: They give up an existence in harmony and freedom in order, for one or more incarnations, to enter into the heaviness and bondage of an earthly embodiment and be of help to human beings. In doing so, they consciously accept the risk of becoming entangled in earthly things. At the same time, however, they also know of the unsurpassed power of My love, which is with them and within them. Nevertheless, it always remains a balancing act, for the satanic traps that have been set are unmatched in subtlety and number.
The forces from the Fall have also made their preparations. They too have sent their followers to earth and equipped them with the gifts of a seductive intellect that, on the one hand, clouds the thinking of My children and, on the other, paints the path into error in brilliant colors. Two thousand years ago I came into the world to set against the spirit of the age—which places the ego, with its briefly satisfying advantages, at the center of all striving—My simple and yet eternally valid commandment to love God and one’s neighbor. The condition of your world says more than many words about which guide the great majority of human beings have followed.
And so your situation presents itself as follows: light and darkness do indeed face one another in the spiritual realm, but the place where the struggle is played out is in the material realm, on earth, and the “pieces on the chessboard” are you. Here the two opposites meet; here I accomplished redemption and initiated the return of all fallen beings; and here, finally, darkness will recognize its wrongdoing and decide to return to the Father’s house. There I wait with open arms for each one.
But that time has not yet come. Darkness is still fighting for every foot of ground and for every soul. It has positioned itself well, and for a while it will look as though it will retain the upper hand. But that is deceptive, even if it gains ground here and there. In the end it will stumble over the effects of the lovelessness it has practiced for eons and will then come to insight.
The victory of the light, however, will not be a triumph over a defeated opponent, but will be borne by the joy of having brought home even those who seemed lost. Everyone who strives, through the life he leads in the place where he stands, to make the world more peaceful and loving contributes to this. I have equipped them with the weapons of justice, wisdom, and patience. I have given them My blessing, and it continues to flow to them without interruption and without restriction. For like a good commander I have equipped everyone who has decided for Me with everything he needs. This also includes courage and earnestness, but above all love, which enables him—with My support—to wage the struggle against his own shortcomings as well, and often first of all.
I let the strengthening for My faithful ones flow into them as energy. Everyone who is even a little sensitive feels My radiation. It makes many things easier, straightens crooked paths, and opens doors and gates that previously seemed closed. Joy and confidence arise in many hearts that recognize that although much is unavoidable, at the same time it serves to allow something new to come into being. In that sense you are living in a highly interesting time; certainly not “by chance,” I say with a smile, with which I strengthen in you the certainty that you are protected because I envelop you in My love—if this too is your desire and will.
The opposing forces have also made their preparations and are sending their negative energies more intensely into the world and into human souls. Those who represent the interests of darkness know their place, have in part already taken it, and have begun to carry out their plans. Their aim is to make many people uncertain and doubtful through unrest and misinformation.
Yet even if they are followers of darkness who want to spread chaos and evil and will do so, I remind you that they are your brothers and sisters who have merely lost their way. The task of those who take their Christianity seriously and love Me is not to answer with the same means. Their task is to bring love into the world more strongly, something that certainly will not be easy in the coming time.
In another context I spoke of sending My own like sheep into the midst of wolves. Once again a time has begun to which this image applies. If you believe in Me and want to follow Me, the question will also arise for you one day whether you want to go among the wolves for Me. Put somewhat less dramatically, this means: whether you are ready, even in difficult times, to proclaim My love through your life.

Whoever decides to follow Me is doing something like setting out on a journey. It does not, however, always lead through easy-to-survey terrain. There are stretches that demand the traveler’s full attention. The danger of straying from the path, like his fallen brothers and sisters, is especially great when the way leads through a dark forest in the deep night. A lamp is available to everyone. If he uses it without allowing himself to be distracted—if, that is, the beam of its light always falls before him onto the path—he cannot lose his way, even though it is not impossible that now and then he may stumble and fall because he was not paying attention.
If he takes to heart My word that what matters is to get up again and continue, not much has happened. He has gained an experience; if he learns from it, much has even been gained.
The opposing side naturally knows about your journey. It does not know you quite as well as I do, but your weaknesses and faults are not hidden from it. And now the logic of the heart is called for: Would you simply let a traveler who is striving toward God go on his way without trying to divert him from his path? Would you not try, at points that are not without danger and require his highest vigilance, to lead him onto byways? Do not underestimate, My sons and daughters, the means the forces of darkness use to disturb or interrupt your way to Me!
If your light unwaveringly illuminates the path before you, little or nothing can happen to you. Your adversaries know this too. So they will try to get you to shine your light to the right or left into the darkness, where interesting distractions and pseudo-truths entice you. Or where they tell you that the path you have chosen is far too difficult. Or where they offer you alternatives and promise that it can be done without self-knowledge and inner work. Or they cause you to spend too long thinking about the stretch already traveled or wondering, perhaps even anxiously, what difficulties the passages that may still lie ahead will contain.
The moment you yield to these temptations, either you come to a standstill—you stagnate in the development of your soul—or you continue, but then into the darkness because your light is shining into other corners. It will not be long before you notice that you have left the path. If you actually follow the temptations lying in wait everywhere and take one of the many seducers’ paths, which may at first promise success and satisfaction, sooner or later you will discover that it turns out to be a dead end or something worse—a swamp or a thicket of thorns.
But that was not what you intended when you entered the path I walked before you.
So that everyone can find his path, I placed longing in his heart. If you do not yet feel it to the degree you desire, then go within and ask Me to kindle it more strongly within you. So that everyone who enters the path also reaches the goal, I placed the lamp I mentioned in his hands and lit it. It will shine ever more brightly and hold your way ever more clearly before your eyes the more honestly you move forward. Then you will see not merely a few yards ahead, but with your lamp you will shine far into the darkness and already see the goal in the distance.
Of course, then the forces of darkness will also recognize you more readily; for on the one hand your light disturbs them, and on the other they will try to lure you onto their paths because your moving forward creates for them the danger that others will follow your example.
So be watchful, My beloved child, but also be aware that you will be guided safely and will arrive if you keep the beam of your light directed as steadfastly as possible onto the path that leads to Me. And if you have allowed yourself to be distracted, remember My love and yours, and see that you get back on track as quickly as possible.
My image is meant to be like a compass by which you can orient yourselves in the coming time. It is not easy to look into the future without worry while human ideas still determine your thinking and actions. Yet it will become easier and easier for you to trust Me and My guidance without fear once you have gained experience with Me. But for that you must enter into a relationship with Me, so as to become more and more the light that shines into the darkness and causes others to take notice.
And perhaps then you too will one day be ready, voluntarily and out of love for Me and for your neighbor, to go like sheep among wolves in order to proclaim My love to them as well—not through your speaking, but through your life.
All the power of My love is available to you for your journey.
