Divine Revelation
My sons and daughters, you are living in a time that confronts you with great problems, so that I do not limit Myself merely to admonishing you or speaking hope and courage to you. I speak to you out of My holy earnestness, which, if you allow it, will not only touch you inwardly but shake you awake.
The circumstances that at present restrict you and frighten and cause suffering to many of you in the most varied ways have startled more than one person outwardly. But that is too little, especially since it will not be long before a large part of My human children, after the gradual subsiding of this first great catastrophe, return to business as usual. It is they, and thus the general body of those who let themselves drift and follow the spirit of the age, whom I address in this first part of My revelation.
I remind all of you what My words “I am who I am” mean:
I am everything, I brought My creation into life and sustain it; there is no power equal to Mine, and I am love! Nothing happens outside My law and nothing without My will!
Even though often in the history of humanity the impression arose that I did not exist, for otherwise I would intervene, be assured nevertheless: Not for one moment have I lost control or turned away; rather, My law has acted and reacted with deliberation. Your unbelief and your lack of understanding are the causes of insecurity and fear rising within you, and of your having to recognize ever more often how your human handiwork shatters. For what you have brought into the world for many centuries in disregard of My commandment of love is nothing else: human handiwork that carries within it the core of lovelessness and is therefore sorted out as unfruitful when the reaper begins the harvest.
You cannot excuse yourselves by saying that you did not know about causality, the relationship between a cause and its effect. You need only look at nature or draw upon the findings of the various branches of your science or philosophy to have to admit that nothing comes into the world or happens in the world “just like that,” out of the blue. More simply: Use your intellect to understand.
As Jesus of Nazareth I proclaimed and lived a teaching that can be understood and practiced by all people. An important part of My instruction was devoted to the law of sowing and reaping, without knowledge of which everything that happens to you is regarded as chance. Then it is not worthwhile to reflect on the possible background of an event that in your eyes happened by chance. It simply happened. And if occasionally you do try, you find no answers because your restricted consciousness does not permit recognition. Why are you not accustomed to assigning a cause to every event? By whom have you allowed your consciousness to be narrowed and your conscience silenced?
Against these temptations and seductions stood and still stands My commandment of love for God and neighbor. Love is the power that overcomes all evil. This power lives within you and has patiently waited for you to call upon it, because it wants to help you recognize and support you in your struggle against your faults and weaknesses. Yet often enough it is called upon because the human being wants to be spared the fruits of his own bad seed and not because he has decided to walk the path of self-knowledge, remorse, and making amends and to ask Me to be at his side.
I am mercy and love, and not a single prayer is ever unheard. Whether it is answered in the way the one praying desires depends on various factors; not least on whether a process of learning or making amends still lies ahead, without which humanity as a whole and the individual as well cannot take the next step of development. My law is incorruptible, and the permitting of effects also always takes place within the law.
This knowledge has been withheld from you, as has much else, so that now, questioning and not seldom fearful and desperate, you stand without the right answers before a mountain of problems. But prayer alone, My beloved, is no cure-all when self-knowledge and a 180-degree change of direction are called for first.
No prayer suspends My law. When I lovingly bend down to a praying child, take that child to My heart, and fulfill the request, this always happens within the framework of My eternal laws, regardless of whether the one praying is a small or great sinner. An answer to prayer is therefore never subject to any kind of arbitrary act that gives something to one person and withholds something from another. Only someone who attributes human conduct to Me can arrive at such thoughts.
What do you think: what conditions must be present if what is asked for is to occur? If My mercy is to become effective, mercy that does not weigh things up and first balance good against evil? Does this not include the honesty of the one praying, who has recognized his own wrong conduct and, aware of his greater or lesser guilt, asks for forgiveness? And who is ready to end his wrong thinking and acting immediately?
Look from these standpoints at the prayers that have been spoken for as long as humanity can remember, and very often you will recognize their insincerity and the reluctance to leave the path already taken. Your present situation offers a good opportunity for recognizing this truth.
The law of cause and effect is an indispensable part of My divine order and therefore of My love. It ensures that all My children find their way back to Me, including those who were the originators of the Fall and thus the occasion for the formation of earthly creation and who have led you into great distress. But this was possible for them only because you did not oppose their enticements with a clear no. For two thousand years you have known the only effective remedy against everything selfish and impure: putting My commandment of love into practice. And yet a large part of you, including those who by their name see themselves as My followers, have decided not to make use of this power.
As long as there are human beings on earth, the struggle for every soul continues. The instrument of darkness is deception, lies, and seduction; My instrument is the law of sowing and reaping. It is the guarantee that My work of redemption, which I initiated on Golgotha, will be brought to a good end. Nothing and no one can prevent Me. The end of darkness is sealed, and its ascent into the light likewise cannot be stopped by anything. When this will be lies in My hands alone. My time is not your time.
The opposing forces still lack insight and fight with every means available to them to postpone this process. Many of My human children have knowingly or unknowingly been of service to them in this—and still are—by becoming involved in a dangerous game. By disregarding My commandment of love, the debit side of their account grew ever larger. You can express it another way: The barrel has begun to overflow—not because My patience is at an end, but because the barrel is full!
Again and again many people look at the past and also the future without including the law of sowing and reaping in their reflections. That is pure ignorance, leads to completely false conclusions, and to solutions that can be called ways out only when viewed superficially. They never bring lasting relief or improvement; on the contrary. For as a rule they are not oriented toward My commandment of love and thus, through conduct contrary to the law, produce new bad seed whose harvest can already be foreseen.
Pay attention to this aspect when your leaders, from whatever area of life, appear as “saviors” and “problem solvers.” Whoever does not know the law of cause and effect and therefore does not take it into account in his decisions sinks ever deeper into the mire together with all who agree with him. At the same time, he and those who knowingly and unknowingly follow him ensure that the barrel overflows more and more.
Seen positively, this means: The process of transformation has begun.
If you learn to ask about the causes of an event in your personal life or in the world, it will no longer be so easy for the opposing forces to lure you onto false tracks. One such track consists, among other things, in making you believe that your present situation—triggered by a so-called pandemic—was sent to humanity so that it would pause, reflect, and come to insight. Apart from individuals, people will not do this.
Must I send you something so that you reflect or come to insight? An alert spirit among My children once correctly called a “fate sent” not a “sent-fate” but a “made-fate.” I am not the sender of your distress and suffering. I am the One who wants to heal you and will heal you at a time that you yourselves determine. That your present situation and everything that lies ahead of you contain the task of reflection is undisputed. But once again the same error in thinking is made, traceable to your ignorance and lack of insight:
No evil comes upon you merely as a kind of “educational measure” so that you finally think. Certainly not from Me. No and again no! That is never the reason why something difficult enters your life. Whoever thinks this way could likewise regard every war as necessary because without it no new beginning would be possible. Such a view, My sons and daughters, leads you past the solution and does not direct your gaze into the necessary depth.
All suffering represents the harvest of wrong conduct previously sown that was not recognized, regretted, stopped, and made good. In its “baggage,” this harvest also brings opportunities for examining one’s conscience—though very few will practice this—but to reduce it to that and not see it as the consequence of a grave disregard of My laws is a fatal error.
Even the formulation “God allows it” does not hit the mark directly. Why should I not allow what appears as an effect of conduct you chose of your own free will? I will never interfere with the free will of a creature. But I will remind you again and again that every action leaves traces—bright or dark—that are assigned without error to the one who caused them. You should transform the dark traces in good time into bright ones with My love, because otherwise what you sowed as lovelessness on your way will catch up with you.
Those who assume that the powers of darkness sent distress and plagues are on a completely false path in their search for explanations. That would let you off nicely; self-examination would seem unnecessary: the culprit has been found. No, My beloved children, do not make it too easy for yourselves. Precisely such superficial thinking has brought you the difficulties you now face.
The opposing forces have free will just as you do. If they want to bring something about on earth, they need accomplices: ignorant, credulous, wavering, easily influenced people. Here is their playing field; here they seek and find their fellow players. Without suitable fellow players they would be helpless and would have to stop their evil activity.
Just as it is your “good right” to show the opposing forces through your life that love is the stronger power, so it is their “good right” to use every kind of cunning and trickery to convince you of the opposite. You can reject their attempts at any time. I showed you through My life as Jesus of Nazareth how this is done. But if you follow their directions, then you transgress My law, and it is your harvest that will one day be gathered. It is your pan of the scales in which more and more heaviness accumulates. It is your pitcher that goes to the well until it breaks. The fact that they are the seducers does not change the fact that you must bear the consequences of what you allowed yourselves to be seduced into.
And the times ahead certainly do not represent tests supposedly sent by Me. Must I test you? Do I not know the smallest inner feeling in every individual? I am the life within you. I am nearer to you than your arms and legs.
You can certainly regard the tasks you encounter on your way back to Me as tests if you want to learn more about yourself; but they did not come into your life through Me. If they appear to you as tests, then follow this impulse. Do not merely think and talk about it; rather, apply to your trust in Me, your readiness, your courage, the self-knowledge you have acquired so far, and your love for Me and your neighbor the standard I gave you through My life.
What is your own assessment? Are there points capable of improvement? Then decide, come to Me in your heart, and ask Me to help you with your inner work. Then all the events you regard as tests have had their meaning and fulfilled their purpose and have brought you a great distance forward on your way. Otherwise they produce exactly the opposite: that you regard Me as their sender and do not even consider that they are effects of causes human beings themselves set into the world.

My sons and daughters, that was an assessment of your situation given to you through My earnestness. I deliberately directed your gaze toward the law of sowing and reaping. Because it is the pivotal point for understanding and for a decision resulting from that understanding, it is either not presented at all or only very vaguely. In this way you are prevented from penetrating to the actual core of the solution, which consists in changing your life. A look at the world situation, which is becoming ever more acute, proves that it cannot be done without first recognizing past mistakes and correcting them.
Or do you believe that still more prayers without a rigorous turning back will change anything about the present misery? Or that your train, rolling toward the abyss, will be stopped by fine words and declarations of intent? But who is to initiate this turning back? And by what means? Would something decisive not first have to change in the thinking of those responsible, but also in the thinking of every individual? If you pray, then pray that insight may spread and be followed not only by readiness but also by action, by taking the path of love for God and neighbor.
Seen from this perspective, the most effective prayer consists in fulfilling My commandments. Words are not even necessary. They rise by themselves within you as inner feelings of gratitude.
Which causes you can recognize in detail or are willing to recognize is a question of consciousness. Are you being told the truth, or are you being manipulated in a subtle way? Is your well-being the concern, or do personal, opaque interests stand in the foreground? Where do your interests lie? Are they dictated by fear, which knows how to disguise itself excellently as a positive quality? Clear insight is required of you, and clear insight develops in the course of your path in the measure that you live love in daily life. If this happens only hesitantly or conditionally, there is always the danger that your good will will be misused. Therefore, My beloved, be watchful.
And do not forget the words of your Scriptures either: “Sin no more, lest something worse happen to you.” It could scarcely be clearer. How can one pass over or overlook this admonition, which clearly points to a violation of the commandment of love—a sin—as the cause?
It is not easy in your time to be courageous. Your ship is in a severe storm. And because My love is concerned for your well-being and wants to protect you, emphatic admonitions and clear signals are needed on the one hand, but on the other also My assurance that I am at your side.
You know that it is never My endeavor to stir up fear. Others do that, those who want to make you let go of My hand or not take it in the first place, so that you go in the direction they desire. My intention is solely to shake awake those among you who have not yet recognized the signs of the times.
Beyond that I call to those who are already walking at My hand: “Do not let yourselves be misled! Do not let yourselves be unsettled!” It is the declared goal of darkness, which has long been working toward the chaos of the coming time, to make everyone waver and fall. It will succeed with people who do not believe in Me and therefore do not live with Me, but cultivate their ego and try to attain worldly happiness according to their own ideas. Yet those who do know Me but are not firmly rooted in Me also run the risk of being pushed from their path.
If your incarnation was prepared with the help of your guardian spirit, your soul knew what it was entering into. It was clear to it that this could become a difficult time for it and for all people. It also understood that at birth it enters the sphere ruled by darkness. And yet it dared this step because it saw in the learning tasks an opportunity to develop in the spirit of love. The opportunity still exists. In times that are not so easy, it is even greater because the challenges are different and the possibilities for making progress of the soul multiply.
Even though the dark clouds have gathered, My child, let this be no reason for sadness or concern. My power cannot be broken, My will cannot be undermined, and My love cannot be diminished by the slightest degree. It may be that there will be disruptions in your life as well. But if you remain close to Me: Who can harm you when I have laid My hand upon you? The only one who can weaken you is yourself, namely when you allow darkness to enter your mind and try to frighten you.
When you sense such an attempt at seduction, come to Me with lightning speed. Nestle into My arms, tell Me of your worries, and allow My fatherly love to fill your inner being. Everything heavy will vanish, and you will again be able to recognize the light with which I drive away the darkness on your path. In this way you will finally become the light I desire, and which your soul has long wanted to be: light in a time without light, illuminating the paths also of those who urgently need your comfort, support, and strengthening through you.
Whenever you do this and thereby forge the bond of our love ever more firmly, remember the word that defines your Easter celebration: RESURRECTION.
You celebrate My resurrection, through which I cleared the way for all souls and human beings. But also celebrate your own resurrection if you have decided to follow My example as Jesus of Nazareth.
