Divine Revelation
My beloved sons and daughters, you know that it is My greatest desire to bring all My children—and I mean all—back to Me. And as quickly as possible. It is not only My desire; behind it stands My divine will!
Something must be clear to you in this, regardless of how long you have already been on the way to Me or how much knowledge you have already acquired: If you fundamentally believe in Me as the Creator from whom everything has come forth, then there can be no power besides Me equal to Me!
From this logical conclusion there follows, for those among you willing to think, an exceedingly valuable realization: if you use your reason—as the right hand of the heart, as I repeatedly emphasize—you do not depend on accepting and acknowledging assertions, teachings, and dogmas without questioning or examining them. Endowed with the gift of thought and making use of your free will, you are very well able in a responsible way to arrive at your own knowledge and your own decisions.
I am speaking of your making increasing use of the logic of the heart, which makes you free children of My love.
From what was said at the beginning it then also follows that I have the power to preserve for all time what I have created and, if it has moved away from Me, bring it back to Me. How, then, can what your theologians teach be true when they speak of an “eternal remoteness from God” or “eternal damnation” if you set yourself against Me? I would have to let you go and lose you forever, even though it is My will to bring you back???
If that were possible, then your will and the will of those who seduced you into such rebellion or such disregard would be greater than My will—I would have to give way and leave you to your fate in never-ending darkness.
You and the opposing forces would have won; you would have successfully resisted the greatest power of creation!
Use your intellect, My child, in all love.
This is only one example among many; it is meant merely to make clear to you what an instrument you possess in the logic of the heart. If you learn to apply it, it will lead you into inner freedom. In this way you gradually become independent beings who think and decide for themselves, who immerse themselves ever more deeply in the fine points of inner work, and who not only believe in My laws but test them and have positive experiences with them.
In this way you learn to draw necessary conclusions yourselves, first and foremost regarding your nature, your motives, your intentions and goals, your fears and reservations. And to the degree you come to know yourselves, you also learn to understand your neighbor better. Only then are you able to learn to love your neighbor.
With another example I want to lead you right into your daily life; for My revelations are not meant only to admonish and encourage you. They are to help you put your knowledge into practice so that you can notice changes in and upon yourselves and among your fellow human beings, quite generally in your surroundings. You are to recognize that it is by no means enough to have the “right” faith, hope in My grace, observe commandments, and “work outwardly.”

You often say that earth is a school. Acknowledging this, however, will benefit you little if you do not take the next step and consider what it means for you. Let us, because it will then be easier for you, reflect together on what benefit you can draw from this realization, from this fact.
Many questions arise for the one who wants to learn more about himself and the meaning of his being here:
How do I get into this school at all? Who sent me there? Did I say yes to it? What is there to learn here? Do I recognize what I am supposed to learn? Must everyone learn the same thing? Who determines the subject matter? Do I have the freedom not to learn or to learn only what pleases me? What happens if I behave stubbornly or rebelliously? Who is the teacher, or who are the teachers? Who helps me if something is difficult for me or I cannot move forward? Are good or bad grades given, and if so, by whom?
The list of such or similar questions could be extended at will. But these few questions alone are enough to help the one who truly wants to know arrive at valuable answers. They reveal their true value, however, only when there is readiness to draw the necessary consequences from the realizations; otherwise they leave no echo within you.
Admittedly, this requires a tiny bit of courage. But it will not present a great problem if longing—even if only as a small flame—burns within you to become love again and thereby come closer and closer to Me.
You know that I neither threaten nor punish nor condemn, no matter how you behave. I love. Period. So you can calmly and without fear face the question of whether you even want to engage with the questions raised and the answers arising from them. The answer would be important for you, not for Me, for I know it anyway. But it could tell you quite a bit about yourselves and perhaps also straighten a little the picture you have of yourselves. If you wish …

There are enough reasons why a soul decides to incarnate. The rule, from which there are many exceptions, is that it wants to develop further when it discovers that this is scarcely possible, or not possible to the degree it seeks or desires, where it presently lives.1)
The background: in the beyond the soul lives in a world corresponding to its degree of maturity, its consciousness, its vibration. Challenges such as those on earth do not prevail there in the same way. The soul is more or less among “its own kind”; it learns there too—if it wishes—but the factor of “time” is absent in the subtle realms, which makes development proceed incomparably more slowly than in an earthly life.
When I use the term “soul,” by the way, this does not mean that it is a nebulous, ghostlike, more or less impersonal being that stays somewhere and floats around there. Many in their ignorance imagine it that way. As a soul you live, My child, just as truly as you experience yourself now as a human being. As an individual you are unique. You feel, think, speak, and act no differently than you did during your life on earth. You cannot do otherwise, for on earth too you could never act differently from what corresponded to your inner development. If you want to act differently, you must first create an expanded or new foundation for it.
Here the apt comparison with a school becomes clear: in order to be able to do something, carry something out, do something differently from before, a new ability must first be acquired. This can happen in different ways.
I will return to this decisive point because it is exceedingly important so that you understand yourselves and your actions correctly. Above all, however: so that you stop thinking or speaking about your neighbor, usually in a devaluing way, and demanding from him—even if only in thought—something he simply is not capable of. Not yet.
If a soul becomes conscious of its stagnation or its relatively slow inner development, the desire may arise within it to experience faster growth. If it listens to the advice of its guardian angel, the new incarnation is prepared together, which represents the ideal case. “Ideal” insofar as, because of his overview, its spiritual companion proposes to the soul a time and surroundings that offer good prerequisites for learning—under certain circumstances also working off—what serves the soul’s becoming brighter and stronger. This process is then initiated on earth by the growing human being being confronted with corresponding tasks. They are meant to help him acquire what he or his soul has not yet developed to the desired degree: to love.
For in many cases the soul has recognized that it can reenter heaven only when it has again unfolded heaven, that is, love, within itself. I help it in this process by repeatedly kindling its longing, insofar as this is possible for Me while respecting its free will. Often the law of cause and effect also contributes its part to bringing about reflection.
Every soul also has free will. It can ignore the recommendation of its guardian spirit—provided that because of its self-will it has not already rejected a recommendation from the outset—and incarnate whenever and however it wishes. From the human point of view, however, the prerequisites are then not very favorable. From the perspective of My law they always fit, for I always have the development of the soul in view, because the soul, or the spiritual being living within it, ultimately returns to Me and not the human being’s material body.
But it causes Me deep and great pain when I see that an incarnation takes place in self-will and merely to satisfy wishes and urges still present. For under certain circumstances this means a difficult earthly life for My soul-child, dictated exclusively by the law of cause and effect. Strong self-will, reinforced by the whisperings of darkness and ignorance or rejection of My laws, were in such cases the reason for the decision.
But for whatever reasons a soul incarnates: the risks of burdening itself, but also the opportunities to learn, mature, and practice love lived out, are always present. Only the prerequisites differ. But these were not determined by Me, but by the soul’s previous life or lives and by its motivation.
Whoever still finds it difficult to believe in the possibility of repeated earthly lives created through My love and mercy has—as long as he is shaped by the teachings of Christian churches—only this alternative: Every soul incarnates only once into a body. But that would mean: at every conception brought about by human willing or non-willing, I would have to create a new soul. Which at the same time means: the human being forces Me to create a soul, whether this is My intention or not …2) Where, then, is My will that stands above everything?
This example too can serve as an exercise in the logic of the heart. Unless teachings devised by human beings appear to My human child more credible and more borne by My eternal love than My wisdom …
Remember that every moment, every day, every life represents only one link in an infinitely long chain—everything is evolution!—preceded by many links and to be followed by many more. The present link at the same time serves as the platform for what is built upon it and determines your future, which means: the remaining time of your present existence, your life as a soul in the beyond, and possibly also a next earthly life.
It can be very fruitful for you to reflect on this once in a quiet hour and set the switches a little—or perhaps somewhat more—differently if you consider that necessary.
*
And now, My sons and daughters? Without interruption children are born worldwide into whom souls incarnate. Every year there are millions upon millions. Like you, all of them decided, for the most varied reasons, to undertake another passage over earth. In your life you will meet only a tiny fraction of them. Can it be “chance” which people these are? Might this perhaps be connected with your intention to learn something in this incarnation? Who is to place the learning tasks before you?
Do not too quickly say, “Life as a school”; be more concrete. Say: “Life meets me in my neighbor and in the situations of daily life whose significance for me I must recognize.” Then you are close to the truth. Then only knowledge of the possible solutions and readiness also to practice them are missing.
During your incarnation, or as a rule during several incarnations, you will therefore be confronted with countless stages of development in your surroundings, none of which is the same as another. You can also say: no consciousness is the same as another. You find human beings who are further developed; but also those who still have much or very much to learn. In saying this I am speaking of inner qualities, of goodness of heart, forbearance, tolerance, humility, patience, love, mercy, and much more.
And where do you stand? What do you think? What does the scale indicate when you apply as the standard the commandment to love God and one’s neighbor, or perhaps even extend it to “Love your enemies”?
Whatever the result may look like when you draw up such an account: I love you without ifs or buts, without restrictions, without reservations, and without conditions. From My side there is nothing—absolutely nothing—that could restrict My love for you. It remains yours forever. The degree to which you can experience this infinite and selfless love does not depend on Me. It is there, now and for all time. But you determine the degree to which it can flow and become effective in your life. You have free will.
I know very well that the school of earth is not easy for My children to master and often represents a great challenge. But there was a reason for you to go into matter at all, and perhaps precisely in this time. The fact that knowledge of this and also of your past is covered is meant to help you seize the possibilities lying before you free from possibly burdensome memories of your earlier lives and use them as opportunities.
If you now ask how you are supposed to know what there is to learn if you do not know what you intended, then I tell you that the law of attraction ensures with exactness of point and time that what you have to learn comes to you. Your neighbor receives different tasks, his tasks. And there is a further answer, just as brief as it is clear, with which perhaps you are not satisfied: “You are to learn what you cannot yet do! What is still difficult for you.” If you want to know more precisely, My beloved child, then orient yourself by the standard I gave you as Jesus of Nazareth with My commandment of love.
But remember: I did not say, “You shall do no evil to your neighbor.” I said: “You shall love your neighbor.”
The way there, like everything you begin to learn, consists of small steps. My commandment in its unmistakable and uncompromising form represents, so to speak, the goal of your path, which you do not have to reach tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. But it is important that you recognize the necessity of working toward this goal with My help. Your neighbor offers you the many possibilities and ideal circumstances for this work—whereby your honest effort is enough for Me, as I have often emphasized—by showing you as a mirror what still lies in your soul and therefore in your character as needing improvement.
How could you recognize yourself in him as a mirror if you did not rub against him, become annoyed with him, or become upset about his conduct because in your eyes it is wrong or disturbing to you? If you lived alone on an island, where would be the impulses toward self-knowledge that—even according to your own sayings—represent the first step toward improvement?
But you do not live in an “empty space”; you live right in the midst of life, right in the midst of a group, a crowd consisting of the most varied stages of development. And this has its good reason, for only in this way is it possible to practice and finally learn love for everyone and everything—as the basic prerequisite for taking, on the next rung of your own personal “Jacob’s ladder,” the next step toward your heavenly home.
For the vast majority of people this gives rise to a problem that was not created by Me but is due to ignorance: figuratively speaking, they find themselves in an enormous school class without having been enlightened about the mixed body of pupils. They do not know that first-graders, elementary-school pupils, high-school students, university students, and professors alike are being taught at the same time. As a result impatience, lack of understanding, devaluation, and condemnation arise.
Added to this is that you often fall for what your “desk neighbor” says and presents, although it is not well-founded but merely put on. In many cases you have not yet learned to look deeper, listen into the words, and thereby truly recognize your neighbor. Otherwise you would know what his inner maturity is actually like. Then you would not expect, demand, or even require from him something he cannot yet fulfill.
Remember what I said before: … that no one can act differently from what he can! A decision and correction of course must come first. And even if your neighbor—theoretically—could act differently but does not, in doing so he is merely making use of the gift of free will. That may bother you, but it is no reason for disparaging criticism.
I tell you: It is your neighbor’s life, which he himself shapes. If you want to do something good for him, then be an example to him. But do not think, above all not negatively, about him and his conduct. If you can bear it somewhat more plainly: What business is what your neighbor does or does not do of yours!? Does resistance not sometimes arise within you and produce a certain helplessness precisely because you lack possibilities, and perhaps also the necessary courage, to draw needed consequences?
I know your neighbor in the deepest depth of his being, I give him all the help he needs and wants to accept, but I leave him as he is—and love him nevertheless. Would it not be worth a try to begin thinking and acting similarly? I will help you, provided the necessity—said with a smile—even exists.
Reduced to a short formula: seeing, hearing, and recognizing = yes; devaluing and condemning = no.
But this is possible only when you have already largely worked through the same quality that bothers you in your neighbor and transformed it with My help. For you cannot love in your neighbor what still appears faulty and inappropriate to you in yourself.
Bring once again before your eyes the image of the school class, now that you know everything is gathered here, regardless of whether great or small, poor or rich, uneducated or educated, peaceful or aggressive. Instead of looking down on those for whom learning is still difficult because in your eyes they are not yet, or even far from, as advanced, you could begin helping your brothers and sisters; best of all by showing them the right way through your example while at the same time leaving it to them whether they want to follow your example or not. A word from My wisdom can help you not forget the right attitude:
You are responsible for the seed, not for the harvest.
And you could orient yourselves by those who are already a little further along, let yourselves be encouraged by their progress, and in doing so set aside and dissolve all thoughts that block a joyful effort on your part.
*
I began My revealed word today by showing you the importance and necessity of practicing the logic of the heart ever more often. You are to become free children of My love. From the fact alone that there is no eternal damnation—if for no other reason because this would be incompatible with My love—everyone of good will can conclude that I found possibilities, despite all rejection and all resistance, to let every one of My children find his way home again.
Your scholars of Scripture, who do not give credence to My words and believe they know better, are welcome to speak with Me about it within themselves.
Why I bring My children home and how My law works—flawlessly—I have outlined to you by means of a few examples. But of course My law has many more, infinitely many more facets. To show all of them would exceed your capacity to comprehend and therefore would be without value. Some of you whose intellect is still very strongly developed would indeed welcome this, but in doing so they forget that it is not a matter of satisfying your intellectual thinking.
It is the heart I want to address.
Love, My child, wherever possible for you; at least endeavor to put My commandment of love into practice step by step in your daily life. I have spoken of the possible solutions available to you and of your readiness to practice them. This means: endeavor to place Me more and more in first place. That sounds theoretical, but it means: do not let yourself be irritated by what others tell you is important and necessary for salvation. The desire, followed by the effort, to live with Me brings you closer to My heart.
You know that love represents the “admission ticket” to heaven. But you do not become love through observing prohibitions and regulations, nor through membership in a church community or practicing various rites and inherited traditions. Nor by first and foremost beginning to fight, in self-will, against the weaknesses that are still human in you.
You become love again when you follow what I taught as Jesus of Nazareth: love—and nothing else. Everything else follows as a consequence when the corresponding intention is present. But it scarcely helps you, or not at all, if you believe you must reverse the order.
Amen
