Divine Revelation
My sons and daughters of love, on your high feast days, which you established in My honor, you expect My revealed word to relate to the feast you are celebrating. I will not disappoint you, even though one or another of you may feel disappointed. For in your time, which is far more serious than most human beings believe, it is not enough, figuratively speaking, to wish you “Happy Easter.”
I am boundless patience. This means that I will bring all My children home again, no matter how long this may still take. But this should not be interpreted to mean that it therefore does not matter when reflection and an inner and outer turning back occur. The hardships and sufferings that arise through hesitation and inertia are borne by you yourselves. This changes nothing about My love for you.
Why should I withdraw My love from a human being when, with his free will, he takes detours? Not loving someone merely because that person lives in self-will and not according to your ideas does not correspond to divine conduct but to human conduct. In ignorance—but under satanic influence also through deliberate distortion—you attributed such conduct to Me, although as Jesus I taught something entirely different and lived it out until My last breath on Golgotha. Therefore I do not call to you: “Your time is running out. Hurry if, because of insufficient obedience, you do not want to incur punishment from Me.”
But neither do I watch silently and without concern when you walk paths that are painful, arduous, and burdensome for you and on which you become increasingly entangled in the fate you yourselves caused. I enlighten, I admonish, I encourage, I point out traps and errors, I show you the background, and I assure you again and again of My infinite love.
In doing so it is unavoidable that My teachings and explanations repeat themselves. My wisdom is indeed unlimited, but your consciousness is not—not yet. In the depth of your spiritual being it still is, and one day it will again be without limits. For the moment, however, you live with the restrictions an incarnation brings and therefore must again and again be reminded of fundamental truths. In the end everyone will begin to reflect and understand, whenever and in whatever way.
If you consciously prepared your incarnation with your guardian spirit, then your goal is to learn on earth—or at least learn a part of—what is still difficult for you or still lacking. If you succeed, then you have gathered experience and your soul has gained strength. You have experienced an expansion of consciousness and thereby are no longer the same as before.
If the many possibilities of daily life are not recognized to a sufficient degree and regarded as a learning process, then no expansion of consciousness takes place. There can even be a restriction of consciousness. This has effects upon your “post-death” life in the realms beyond and possibly also on the conditions awaiting you in a further incarnation.
It is therefore My concern—and ideally this should also be your concern—to let the spectrum of your realizations and positive experiences, which have resulted from putting My teachings into practice, grow; the more steadily, the better. This is the way I have provided for you.
I created the prerequisites for this, on the one hand, by incarnating in the human being Jesus of Nazareth and teaching love, whose deep significance until then was scarcely known. On the other hand, figuratively expressed, I unlocked the heavens again; I gave all human beings and souls additional energy for their decision and development toward what is good and in this way made possible the return home of all who are willing.
My coming, that is My incarnation, you celebrate as Christmas; My going, that is liberation from your bonds, as redemption at Easter. Both were necessary and decisive measures through which alone the return of everything that had fallen became possible.
Does that sound abstract to you, My son, to you, My daughter? Can you not do very much with it because you are more than occupied with the things of daily life? Then I, your heavenly Father, tell you that this impression is deceptive; that it could arise only because the very simple truth behind it is no longer recognized because of all the distortion.
For matter seems to you to be reality, and accordingly a supposedly realistic way of thinking has developed in most people, not a few of whom are proud of their intellect, with which they believe they can see through and explain everything. Even many of those with a Christian background are not free of doubts and uncertainties when it comes to acknowledging a really existing subtle world in which, among other things, the events of Easter took place. And yet they celebrate Easter and other religious festivals without really understanding what they hear and read, and what is of fundamental and decisive importance to them personally and waits to be recognized and put into practice.
But truly, I tell you: With knowledge of what took place at My birth or during My path of suffering and at My crucifixion, you have laid only a small foundation stone for a necessary development of the soul. Nothing more. The consequences that follow from this are unavoidable for the human being. They touch everyone directly, for they cannot be separated from what happens in your daily life.
Thus it is not knowledge that decisively determines your well-being or distress, but what you make of it in your life, how it affects your daily life. Therefore what I describe to you with My enlightening words is anything but abstract. On the contrary, everything that happens in the spiritual realm is the only reality, even if you do not directly perceive it. Yet it shows itself in its effects and thereby becomes “reality” for you in your material realm.
The one who does not leave it at knowledge but endeavors to put My commandment of love into practice experiences in his life the powers that guide him from the invisible realm. He experiences the truth of My word: Whoever serves the law, the law serves him.
He becomes one who knows.

Your songs and acts of worship are full of praise. You celebrate My greatness, My glory, My strength, and much more. Less often is there talk of My mercy and love. Have you ever reflected on why that might be so? Your heavenly brothers and sisters, the angels, also repeatedly express that I am everything for them, that they are grateful for experiencing My nearness, for all-understanding goodness, for the loving dialogue with Me that is direct and possible at any time.
This is not about My demanding their affection. Only human beings do something like that when they urgently need love that “comes from outside” because otherwise something is missing from their happiness and contentment. I am unconditional love itself, which I continually give away to everyone and everything.
Angels “praise” out of an inner need, and by doing so they express their love for Me. First and foremost they love Me, from which it follows that they praise Me. But it is not singing Hallelujahs as you imagine it. Here too human views resonate. Put simply, they express their praise through their selfless love.
In the part of your Scriptures you call the “Old Testament,” I am portrayed as an authority having scarcely anything to do with My true nature. Many of you have noticed this yourselves and ask why people still fall back on it even though, through My coming, My life, and My redemption, I abolished the old Mosaic law of strict order and of eye for eye and tooth for tooth. I gave you a new law: that you should love one another!
Praising God, in earlier millennia when knowledge of the nature of My love was not yet known, belonged to the possibilities of showing gratitude and reverence toward a divine authority. It bears witness to awe and humility. What could be said against it? Nothing, especially when loving follows praising!
Only a few letters distinguish these two words. And yet they are of serious importance, for to love means something entirely different from to praise, and it is incomparably more difficult to practice. Is that perhaps the reason the call to love Me, your neighbor, and yourself is indeed spoken, but the way is shown far less often by which the human being can become this love again?
From the perspective of the opposing forces, praise of God is a relatively harmless matter, scarcely threatening their existence. One can praise and glorify, honor and esteem, without any inner change in the human being being required. One can decorate corresponding spaces as beautifully as one likes and make them as colorful and attractive as possible: all of that remains on the surface. Such forms of worship do not strengthen the soul and do not lead onto the path of self-knowledge at whose end stands a different human being, no matter how seriously praising is taken.
It looks different when one becomes serious about gradually becoming love again through the effort to put into practice in daily life what I taught as Jesus. Then the dark forces become restless, for they fear for their influence and for their suppliers of energy.
Consider, My beloved, how you wish to deal in the future with praising and loving, if this reflection can be important for you. You have free will.

With this small example I have shown you how easy it can be to follow prescribed views or teachings without becoming aware that in doing so you neglect your own thinking and your own reflections. This too belongs to part of the measures directed against Me and against you—though there are considerably worse ones—which are intended to impair your independence and your responsibility. Because of your upbringing you learned to accept and learn something from those who know better. That is an entirely normal process, for as long as a human being is ignorant, he depends upon being taught by others.
At some point in your life, however, you—at least most of you—will reach a point at which you want to know and experience more than what you have been taught until then. What do you do then? To whom do you turn? Whom do you regard as competent to lead you beyond your present state of knowledge and experience? The desire to learn more and acquire further knowledge seeks expression in every area of your life. It applies to your general knowledge just as to your profession, leisure activity, spiritual interests, and much more.
It is legitimate and is caused and justified by constant evolution; otherwise there would be no progress. It causes you to develop beyond your master, your teacher, your superior, perhaps also beyond your parental home. This tendency exists in every field. That is good, and it is in My will as long as the “rules of the game” of My teaching of love are observed. It is easy to recognize, for example, that this is not the case with scientific research leading to the construction and use of destructive weapons.
But have you also noticed that in the religious field there are no new insights at all? That everything is cast in concrete like a block and always revolves only around what is already known? Even though I announced My Spirit, who would lead you into further truths?! Intellectual games are indeed played in order to adapt My simple teaching of love to the ideas and wishes of church authorities, but the far more important concrete guidance for developing the heart has fallen by the wayside. A look at the selfishness and readiness for violence among peoples proves this. Do you recognize in this the influences from invisible realms which—even if they seem abstract to many—have contributed to the present state of your world?
Do not surrender your responsibility! If you do not always succeed in this in outward action because too many external difficulties still stand against it, preserve your independence in your inner feelings and in your thinking. You are powerful children of My love. If you want to become this again, then come to Me within yourselves and let yourselves be helped.

Let Me ask you two simple questions. The first: Do you feel redeemed after knowing that I redeemed you? And the second: Have you too already risen, after through My resurrection I prepared the ways for you?

The work of My redemption is sometimes portrayed as though I freed My children from the prison into which darkness had locked them. More correctly: into which they allowed themselves to be locked.
This interpretation is conditionally correct. I did not free you, for I do not act against your will and do not take you out of a prison you do not voluntarily wish to leave. I unlocked your prison and threw the gates wide open. The decision whether you wish to go into freedom or not lies solely with you! In this respect it is also wrong to speak of “automatic redemption” and to say that solely through My sacrifice on Golgotha all guilt had been atoned for and that faith and grace would be sufficient to regain entrance into heaven.
If this had happened in that way, I would have acted against My own law, which says: The free will of every child is inviolable! If I permitted you to leave Me of your own free will, why should I then bring you back against your will?
One or another among you will ask who would voluntarily want to remain in his prison. Do not deceive yourselves, My beloved. For many, their prison resembles a golden cage in which they feel at home, which offers them a certain degree of security and whose restrictions they have become accustomed to, especially since they know nothing else.
Added to this is that many human beings have a false idea of what their decision for freedom personally means for them. They believe they must immediately leave behind everything that was and still is dear and precious to them in their prison. They are afraid to embark upon something uncertain of which only vague ideas exist. What will God take from me as a prerequisite for my agreeing to leave my prison? Perhaps “outside” I will be unhappy because I lack many things that—despite my bondage—made me content and happy to a certain degree?
I repeat what I have said so often:
I take nothing from you that you do not voluntarily give Me! Absolutely nothing! But I help you let go of and overcome what you have recognized does not suit a child of God. I do this step by step, in the way you desire and in a way that does not burden you!
Do you believe Me, My beloved son, My beloved daughter?

At the beginning of My revealed word I spoke of your gathering experience and your soul gaining strength when you strive toward or even reach the goal of your incarnation. A smaller or larger experience and expansion of consciousness is the reward for this, so to speak, the consequence. My question to you:
Have you already taken some of your steps? Have you not only read My words but also turned them over within yourselves? Then you are no longer the same as before; then you have already been freed from part of your worries and distress and from what made your life difficult. Then I rejoice with you. In quiet minutes do you want to tell Me how things went for you or how they are going now? Not for My sake, for I know about you anyway, but for your own sake. So that it becomes conscious to you and, full of encouraging joy, you recognize how My love has already changed your life. This will give you courage and new impetus. For some tasks still await you. My child, I am at your side in them.
My beloved, My word is serious, for you live in a truly serious time.*) It would not benefit you merely to read My message and then move on to the events of the day. In one of My Christmas messages I once said—and this applies to this word of Mine as well:
“… if it is understood only halfway or not at all, then that resembles conduct that celebrates the bearer of a gift but not the gift itself, because its value and the benefit to be drawn from it are not recognized.”
I desire for all My children that they recognize the value; not only as regards the meaning of Easter, but that they recognize the truths in My revelations. In this way these can become a step for them that leads from a theoretical-theological redemption to practical liberation.

*) How necessary seriousness is, is underscored for me by a communication from a source known to me and thoroughly reliable, which however I do not wish to name. An excerpt from the latest message through a fallen angel:
“Crucify Him! Crucify Him! Crucify Him! At that time it was a comparatively small group that cried this out. But these words have never fallen silent again. Today, throughout the whole earthly world, this ‘Crucify Him!’ is in every human mind. Consciously or unconsciously this ‘Crucify Him!’ is within them, for day after day HE is crucified in human beings, has been since Golgotha, and is crucified again and again in ever more violent and brutal ways, for the spiritual development of humanity has not become different from what it was at that time. Only very few have understood the true word of God and understand it even now. But this small number is almost crushed by the others, by the ‘Crucify-Him’ people, and put up against the wall. It is a terrifying development that has spread across this entire planet. And this is the reason, just as it was then on Golgotha when it had to come to the bitter end for Christ and the Son of God, that it must also come to the bitter end for humanity. They will have to feel in their own bodies what it means to have maintained the ‘Crucify Him’ against the Son of God again and again and again.”
