Divine Revelation
My beloved sons and daughters, among the great ignorance that lies like a dome of dense fog over humanity and over broad areas of the astral planes is the subject of “life after death,” which occupies you again and again, partly out of curiosity but mostly because of uncertainty and conscious or unconscious fears. Wherever you seek answers—from theologians, philosophers, scientists, and esotericism—you receive explanations that contradict one another, are completely inadequate, and do not satisfy you.
Yet the answers are there, some even in a degree of detail that precisely because of those details often causes them to be pushed into the realm of fantasy. Most explanations, however, are not accepted or taken seriously because of their recognizable lack of logic, or are rejected because of their frightening character; or precisely because of the fear they provoke and the inner unrest that arises and remains, they lead you not to concern yourselves further with this exceedingly important subject.
There is a reason why, for most of My human children and also for many souls in the beyond, these thoughts are a taboo: here too the opposing side acted deliberately and, through disinformation, caused widespread false ideas all the way to complete ignorance, thereby creating a climate of “preferably not wanting to know.” But this leads directly to souls often being unable, after separation from their bodies, to free themselves from bonds unknown to them and created by themselves. They have then made little or no progress on their way to Me.
For those who belong to a Christian community, so-called death should in any case represent nothing threatening, whether they know more precisely about life in other worlds or not. Your Scriptures speak often enough of there being no “end” when you close your earthly eyes. I remind you only of the statements “In My Father’s house are many dwelling places” and “Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all else will be added to you.”
From both—and many other—verses it can easily be concluded that the passing of the body does not mark the end. An end in that sense does not exist anyway; even the reentry of your spiritual being into the infinity and eternity of the heavens is not the end, at most the end of a great journey that began with the departure from the heavens and finds its happy conclusion in the homecoming. Only then does your true life begin, the life you never lost, but which, because of your individual decisions, has taken countless and different forms.
Despite the biblical words just cited, there is among Christians so much unbelief, doubt, concern, and resulting lack of interest that you do not find to the same degree in other religions or ideologies. This does not mean that their ideas and teachings are more correct. But they are at least not burdened to the same extent with the fear by which for centuries you were enslaved in order to make you compliant followers who, without thinking for yourselves, remained trapped in the false teaching that I punish My children; and that My punishment, My merciless law, or even My wrath awaits after physical death the one who did not live according to the “truths” and instructions of your church representatives.
The fact that by now there are individual men and women—with an increasing tendency—who preach a God of love and no longer place the emphasis on threats and punishment is a development rooted in the fact that there are more and more awakened souls whom I can reach inwardly and whose consciousness I can change step by step. But this changes nothing about the official line, which does not permit My revealed word of God and therefore continues to suppress knowledge about your life after this life. And much more.

I remind you that your science discovered long ago and thereby proved that energy cannot be destroyed. It can be transformed, misused, altered, transformed upward and downward, given another form and another purpose, and much more. But one thing cannot be done: energy cannot be destroyed. The reason is that all energy—even your matter is nothing other than condensed energy—can be traced back to a single Source: to Me, to My eternally outpouring power, to the only “perpetual motion machine” of creation.
And because there is no power greater than My power, what was created by Me cannot be destroyed or remain eternally separated from Me. For it is My will to preserve everything or bring back to Me everything that has left Me!
Even the doubters and unbelievers among you should acknowledge the natural law of the conservation of energy1), which at the same time is also a spiritual law, and make use of the logic of the heart if they wish to arrive at satisfying answers. In combination with the law of attraction2), this form of thinking and recognizing becomes a key that can open previously closed doors and your eyes “almost by itself,” provided you are ready. If you hesitate because you think that perhaps courage is required because one is entering unknown country, then I tell you: It takes more courage to close your eyes and ears, for you will enter the country still unknown to you in any case. Prepared, or even well prepared, it will become a joy for you because you will step into your freedom.
For our further reflections, take as a basis the fact that everything on and within you is energy: your body is energy in highly condensed form; your soul—presently still enclosed within your body—is likewise energy, but of a subtle kind; the eternal spirit—presently still enclosed within body and soul—is energy of the highest vibration from the heavens.
It is not new to most of you that every inner feeling, every thought, every word, and every deed carries energy in a form called forth by you yourselves. It is either of high vibration because it carries within it something positive, constructive, and good—something grounded in My law of love—or of low vibration because it contains something selfish and destructive and thus does not correspond to the law of love; apart from the many things that pass through your head and are carried out by you “neutrally” during the course of the day. Through the connection existing between soul and body, a reciprocal effect is thereby produced without interruption. In every moment of your life—indeed, of your many lives and also your eternal life—a consciousness of your own has thus arisen, a condition of soul belonging to you alone, and not seldom your body is influenced or shaped by it.
You, My child, are you! Unique and unmistakable at every moment. You carry within you everything that you are; what you have become through many kinds of influences that, however, could never have come to you and cannot come to you without finding in you a resonance in some form. And this too could or can happen only because you decided or decide in this way with your free will.
To counter your possible objection in advance: Every creature has free will! Even if it often appears to you that this is not the case! Yet through his thoughts and actions everyone repeatedly places limitations upon his own free will, limitations that control him in the form of habits, interests, desires, and much more. Although in corresponding situations he then knows what the right action would be, the soul does not reach through to the human self because it lacks the strength to do so. Then the presently stronger of the two—the human self—acts. It acts as its free will corresponds and does not follow the call of its soul and conscience.
But one decision he can make nevertheless, regardless of the weakness of his soul: namely the decision to ask Me for help with his “work of turning back,” which has become too difficult for him alone. I will never ignore such a request.

My sons and daughters, finally separate yourselves from the thought that there is death as you understand it3). Yes, separate yourselves from the idea that anything at all can be extinguished or destroyed. There is nothing, nothing at all! Even the smallest spiritual particle of energy that received its life through My source of love and power will exist forever and in doing so develop according to the laws of evolution.
Keep the principle of conservation of energy in mind, and let the knowledge become your constant companion that I preserve what I have created. These two realizations can become foundation stones of an unshakable faith in My love; and they can take from you every fear of what inevitably comes to every human being when his soul enters the “world behind the veil,” no matter what you were taught or what was left unclear to you.
The common idea of death is not only false; it has devastating consequences. What you call “death” is merely an interruption; it is the interruption of one form of life, which is followed immediately—that is, without pause—by a new form of life.
There is only life! For all beings outside the heavens, it takes place alternately on two levels: the material and the subtle, until further development in the beyond becomes possible without another incarnation.
When a soul leaves its realm in the beyond, it enters the material world; it finds its place in a human body. Chance, or what you understand by it, is excluded here as it is in everything in My creation, because everything follows My divine laws. Without exception.
When a soul leaves its realm on this side, it enters the subtle world; it finds its place in a sphere corresponding to its inner state, its vibration, or its condition. By this are meant its strengths and weaknesses, which represent the sum or result of its earthly life. With absolute precision, the law of attraction ensures that it finds its future living space and its future tasks where it belongs; this is in no way to be regarded as demeaning. It will continue its life in the place, surroundings, and circumstances that also constituted the content of its life on earth.
This corresponds, first, to My justice and, second—at least in many cases—to the soul’s own desire to live in this way; for in its new home it has the same free will as in earthly life, provided it did not previously restrict it so far through a life directed against My law of love that it is now subject to the consequences of its earlier negative deeds.
Many ideas of the most varied kinds about the beyond and life there have accumulated among My children because you accepted information from sources that were not always entirely pure, whose truth-content has little or nothing to do with reality as it truly prevails there. Every world—whether the deepest astral realms or the eternally bright heavens—is incomparably more real than what you experience on earth. It is a reality experienced far more directly than you know. This applies to positive as well as negative experiences, thus to overflowing bliss that fills the whole being as well as to distress and pain experienced as suffering of the soul.
So by no means do you enter places or spaces that appear unreal or removed from life, perhaps a little “mist-like” and not very “solid,” as some imagine life there. No, you live, and in every respect more intensely than before. It is impossible to show you all the many variations that exist in the worlds beyond. This would not benefit you either, because in the end it would only confuse you and either overtax your imagination or fill it with false ideas and images from your fantasy.
Besides, it is solely important to reflect upon and recognize how things may go for you, and you, and you over there. For you have influence upon that; there you can change something. Everything else would be fruitless and might distract you from important decisions.
Through dying, nothing fundamental changes in or about you except that you have laid aside your earthly body. You continue to live; you are the same person—only without a material body. You feel, think, speak, and act in the same way you did before. One of your proverbs expresses this: “As the tree falls, so it lies.”
You gain no new insights merely because you now live over there. No knowledge arises automatically just because the human body is now absent, especially since over there too you have a body—your subtle body—which, without spiritual knowledge, you consider just as real as you previously considered your earthly body. Many souls, especially those with false or missing instruction, do not recognize that they have left the earth, even when they are taught by their spiritual companions. Whoever on this side did not believe and did not go beyond belief to knowledge will not believe in the beyond either. He will not even be able to, for he has taken with him the consciousness shaped in earthly life. Over there he will live with this consciousness of his.
He has no other.
Unless, through realization, he begins to seek a change in his nature. How great, My sons and daughters, do you estimate this likelihood to be if a) he is guided by his free will, with which no one interferes, and b) he managed quite well with what he did or did not do on earth? He lives in circumstances suited to him and satisfying to him, circumstances that were already his living conditions before. It is his line of life along which he moves, shaped or permitted by him in this way; only now he lives on the other side. There is no real difference.
It is your line of life along which you will move.

Because you remain the same even when you change levels, this means that you take with you everything you carry with you and within you at the moment of your transition. Alongside your character, your unfinished tasks, and what you have developed in strength of soul but also failed to develop, this includes your inclinations, wishes, interests, and goals. And what you were not able to lay aside over there and replace with loving qualities, you bring back into a new life, for it is not lost “somewhere on the way from there to here.”
What you considered important on earth, what you drove forward—what drove you forward!—what you worked toward, what you invested your material and spiritual energy in, and much more, will accompany you like a kind of luggage into your life as a soul. No one simply takes it from you, unless after an act of realization you ask for help. Otherwise it remains your luggage, disturbing or burdensome—provided you recognize it as disturbing or burdensome—but in every case it belongs to you. Or it makes your way easier and accompanies you lovingly and helpfully. It depends on the kind of luggage you have. That it is there and belongs exclusively to you is beyond question.
Your goals, directly connected with your inclinations, wishes, and interests, are important, decisive points on your line of life. They determined your earthly life or still determine it; and they are what decisively influence your life in the beyond and your spiritual progress—and thus ultimately your homecoming to Me.
Your goals on this side are therefore your goals in the beyond. Do you know what this means for you? Over there you will continue living as you did here—meaning your life in matter. Nothing will change unless you desire it. Or unless something shakes you so deeply that from the bottom of your heart you plead for help. The desire for explanation and enlightenment, which I recognize as a request and cry for help and which rises from your hearts, will set something in motion. Otherwise your existence in the beyond will take shape according to your ideas here. Whoever saw himself here as important or as a leader will seek the same over there. No limits are set for him, for here as there you have creative abilities. You create your own world, which you consider absolutely real and which, in accordance with your consciousness, is indeed real for you. The same applies to those whom you meet and live with over there.
You wage wars if this need has not yet been erased from your consciousness. You found clubs, parties, and interest groups, fight for your religious convictions, move about as fanatics, cultivate the fine arts, and practice every kind of science. But you also care for the poor and sick or try to live in unity with nature. You know jealousy, envy, intrigue, revenge, cruelty, and infinitely much more; but also love, forbearance, patience, Samaritan service, selfless giving, and all the qualities that lie within a child of God.
You live what already here was the content of your life. Correspondingly easy or difficult, purposeful or standing still, will be your phase of life in the beyond; and this will continue until you become weary of your present existence and are ready to question the meaning of your stay beyond, which eventually makes you dissatisfied—even if only after centuries or millennia. Time plays no role there because the sense of time felt here is absent.
But it can also be entirely different, because the possibilities of life in the beyond are so varied that they cannot be explained to you even approximately in a satisfying way. For example, the circumstances encountered by a soul that during earthly life rejected everything spiritual and followed only the selfish needs of its human self will be far more unpleasant and perhaps painful than those I have just described to you. In the worst case it experiences its own darkness, its own abyss; but this is not an eternal punishment in hell pronounced by Me, rather a condition it brought about itself. On the other hand, a soul whose effort was to live love can be taught and guided much more easily, so that its further ascent into brighter heights need no longer lead through the earth.
I wait for all souls because I will bring them all home. My infinite love loses none of its children. This is why I enlighten you again and again, admonish you, and offer you My help in the form of My Christ-love.
If you have followed My words with an open heart, then you have recognized what My help consists of this time: opening your eyes to the fact of your eternal life, which takes place here and there, and directing your attention to the necessity of already examining your goals now and correcting them if needed.
You work toward your goals whether you know it or not. Setting different priorities and different goals from before, considering spiritual goals—the love of God and neighbor and putting this into practice in your everyday life—as important, is a necessity if you want to move forward. If you already seek and put this into practice now, that is, in this life, it will be easy for you to continue pursuing these goals when, as a soul, you live in other worlds.
Life on earth has many advantages over existence in the worlds of souls and therefore offers many possibilities that you do not find over there. One of them lies in encounters with the most varied human beings and their characters, who constantly challenge you but at the same time open opportunities for recognition. Over there, among those of your own kind, you lack this instrument indispensable for the maturing of the soul and growth of consciousness, even though the conduct of your fellow human beings repeatedly bothers and annoys you because it reminds you of your weaknesses and faults and in the long run cannot be silenced.
Whoever has a goal before his eyes that he seriously seeks will also take the necessary steps, set the corresponding preparations in motion, and create the prerequisites so that he does not miss his destination. Ask yourselves, My beloved, if you wish, whether you must correct your goal insofar as with sincere hearts you are striving toward your heavenly home. Whether your preparations have been made, whether you have already begun putting them into practice, whether—as I once expressed it—you are keeping up.
If this or that still needs improvement or intensification, then know that I am the One who lives as the redeeming power of Christ near your heart and wishes and will help you, especially when your love for Me is your motive. I do not give you My enlightening revealed word in order to frighten you, make you afraid, or make you restless; nor to generate any kind of pressure or feelings of guilt, as is so readily done in your world. Under all circumstances I respect your free will.
But because I love you, I speak into your hearts, appeal through the logic of the heart to your intellect, and strengthen your longing. For I love you, and you, and you; I want to spare you suffering and pain and gather you into My arms again as soon as possible.
This is what your heavenly Father tells you, who has known you from eternity and whom you have known from eternity.
