Divine Revelation
My beloved sons and daughters, you were born from love. From My love! Thus your true nature is—love! My love called creation into life. My power that pours itself out without ceasing is love. And everything that is and still will be lives forever through this love. Everything! Everything from the smallest part of a spiritual atom to the greatest spiritual galaxy, of which there are infinitely many.
This absolute reality that has no equal, this infinite dimension that no being can ever comprehend, I express in the words “I am.” And because I am, you too are, endowed with divine qualities, of which love is the one that shapes and permeates everything and makes it possible for every being of the heavens to live without interruption in this stream, to exchange at any time with the source of its eternal life, and to immerse itself in this source. Then it is enveloped by the love you often sing of*), while your inner being expands and at the same time all the hardness of this world loses its hold, because in that moment you receive a very, very faint idea of what it means to be embraced by this love, to live in and with it.
When for the most varied reasons you decided to leave the heavens and enter a human body as a soul, your spiritual being—that is, your true, eternal self—so to speak “became smaller” and now lives within you as the “motor of life,” connected with Me and your heavenly home. Here your memory of your true home is stored; here too is anchored the longing that is the driving force for your journey home.
Through this source of power I sustain you, through it I communicate with you, through it I let you feel again and again My never-ending love. On this spiritual level My divine, fatherly love communicates with your divine, childlike love. On this level we are and remain one, forever!
Yet at present you walk the earth as a human being. This changes nothing about the fact of our most intimate connection, but in its uniqueness, greatness, and immeasurable depth it cannot be perceived by you, or only to an extremely limited degree. For even the most intense moments you experience within yourselves when you are close to Me are nothing compared with the bliss, joy, and above all the inner feelings of love that you have already experienced in the heavenly worlds and will experience again. People who in a near-death experience have penetrated into bright, expansive realms full of peace and harmony often try to tell of this.
But even though your inner feelings can at present necessarily let you experience only a very small part of it, that does not mean they cannot be intensified, especially the feeling of love for Me. By this, however, I do not mean the emotional state you describe as “sentimentality.” Infatuation too has nothing to do with love. The love of which I speak comes from a childlike, open, unprejudiced heart. Yet it does not therefore set reason aside, as often happens in human love affairs. Whoever lets himself be carried away by his feelings without remaining attentive not infrequently gets caught in the nets of forces that have nothing in common with My love.
But to put reason in the foreground—something that not infrequently happens out of fear of appearing weak—is also the wrong way. Moreover, true love has nothing to do with weakness; it often requires courage, devotion, willingness to sacrifice, and often a consistency that not everyone is prepared to muster.
Two paths strengthen your love for Me. They combine almost of themselves:
First, I remind you that the point is to love your neighbor, with love for yourselves being the prerequisite for being able to respect, esteem, and love your neighbor. Then ever more spiritual forces flow to you, which, on the basis of the experiences you have made, allow the inner feelings of selfless love to grow within you. In this way you experience—through the inner feeling of your own soul—that giving truly is more blessed than receiving. The way to Me does indeed lead through your brother and your sister. For you cannot disregard them and at the same time be close to My heart—even though, through misunderstanding divine spiritual laws, this is often believed.
Second, it is necessary to give more and more room within yourselves to the willingness to let the knowledge of your own spiritual nature fall from your head into your heart; to remember that there is a heavenly Father who waits with longing for His children to return home of their own free will; to allow the first small sparks of “homesickness,” from which the desire grows ever stronger—fostered by My love—to find the way back to where your true home is. From this, eventually, there arises “almost of itself” the desire to do what the Father wants.
So the deed strengthens love—and love strengthens the deed! They are twin sisters who “cannot do without” one another.

When I speak to you of the fact that I am love, even among those who are convinced by My word and sincerely endeavor to come near My heart I see an inability to understand My word in its full scope. And when I tell you that I love each one unconditionally, it is not much different. Even knowing that you carry the same love within yourselves does not by itself truly help you. In many cases the element of inner feeling is missing.
Communication in the purely spiritual creation—not only there, but most distinctly there—takes place through inner feeling. A human being, however, must use words, actions, facial expressions, gestures, behavior, and so on in order to make himself understood. Yet these do not truly express what lies in inner feeling, for its entire range cannot be conveyed in this way.
I speak to you about the inner feelings that you translate into thoughts and words. But because no other possibilities are available to you, this sets limits. Whoever has already succeeded now and then in using inner feelings as channels of communication has gained a small impression of how much richer this form of mutual exchange is, how much more deeply I can touch him.
For anyone who needs a comparison to understand better: it is impossible to express great thoughts and ideas about what a future house is to look like by stacking colorful wooden blocks. Quite apart from the fact that they lack life, they can scarcely convey anything of the vision the planner, architect, or builder carries within.
I have repeatedly said that longing is the motor that enables you to find. Without this longing, which is closely connected with the inner feeling of love, you lack the necessary motivation for change; indeed, then you lack not only the necessary but—what is more decisive—above all the right motivation.
Changes, however, are unavoidable, for if you want to go from one place to another you must move. Movement is change. “Whoever wants to enter heaven must carry heaven within himself”—a saying some of you already know. He must therefore seek changes in his own nature. Not merely allowing these changes, which My love brings about within you, to happen but consciously deciding in favor of My influence—“Your will be done”—is an act your free will must initiate.
The “prodigal son” had to be willing of his own free will to return to the Father’s house; he had to miss his Father’s love, he had to “pine with longing” for what he had left. Other reasons—for example no longer wanting to endure poverty, illness, or distress and wanting to exchange them for earlier wealth—can certainly provide the occasion for the desire to return home and set corresponding effort and the necessary preparations in motion, but by themselves they are not enough if the element of love is absent. They can, however—and this is provided for and therefore permitted by Me—be the first step toward reflecting on one’s own situation, coming to realization, and voicing a request for help.
Developing your love for Me therefore serves you yourselves, because it creates a firm foundation for “working” together; together because then powers of heaven become effective in your life, powers to which all things are possible. To your yes and to your effort My help is then added in a measure that is just as unfamiliar to most as My living love within you and My direct working in your existence. A pause, a reflection, or a decision to change direction in your life through small or large steps will always initiate a turn toward the positive when the motive is to do so out of love for God. Think about this.
And if this was not, or not always, the case in the past, then take My words deeply within and recognize the truth in them. Wanting to escape future punishment, expecting protection because one then imagines oneself less endangered, doing something merely because someone says to do it, because it was read somewhere or tradition requires it, not wanting to be an outsider, hoping for a place in heaven, or cautiously turning after all to the “dear God” out of imposed fear—these are all motives that set little or nothing in motion. In no case are they the foundation on which your love for Me will grow.
But this very thing—inner growth—is what your soul so deeply desires, and what, if you allow it, will also be experienced by your human self as the highest happiness.

When considering our love, what you call karma must not be left out, even though—or precisely because—this concept is often misunderstood. Some misuse it to manipulate others and play their power games; others give it far too much weight, nourish unwarranted fears, and let thoughts about possible offenses in their past pull them down. A completely falsely conveyed image of God is the reason for such harmful thinking. Because of it they often fail to recognize the solution that lies directly before them: My love and My mercy are there to make the bearing of their burdens substantially easier or to take their burdens from them entirely.
The term “karma”—roughly translated as “guilt of the soul”—has its roots in Eastern religions. There it was recognized that an action directed against life requires a balancing, which in turn is brought about by life itself, by fate, unless the originator first seeks to restore balance himself. Little or nothing was known of a forgiving, divine, unconditional love.
To halt the further decline of humanity at that time, I came into the world as Jesus of Nazareth. I brought the power of love not only through My life and teaching, but at My so-called death on the cross also through an additional energy of love that I placed within every human being and every soul, and which since then every being outside the heavens carries within itself.
Thus everyone was given the possibility, by turning toward love and making the corresponding effort, to free himself from the guilt that rested upon him through wrong conduct in his present or earlier lives. I want to lead you to recognize your behavior so that what you caused can be transformed by Me in your soul.
This principle of relief, of helpful support all the way to the dissolution of everything negative in human being and soul, still applies and will remain necessary and in force until the last son and the last daughter have again entered the purely spiritual world. Because the Eastern teachings did not recognize Me as liberator, rescuer, and bringer of love, they continue to represent a religious view lacking the element of redeeming love. It is the teachings that lack this element, not the people who practice these religions. My strengthening spark of light lives in them too, guiding them and supporting every honest effort—whether they know this or not. What is decisive is the intention to serve the greater whole in love.
My infinitely great love applies equally to all My creatures. Such love is all-embracing. I can therefore exclude nothing and no one from My love merely because that person does not yet know Me, does not believe in Me, completely rejects Me, or even fights against Me. If I failed to go after even one sheep that had gone astray in order to bring it back to the safety of the flock, then I would not be the good Shepherd that I am!
Can this eternal truth not help you recognize false teachings and wrong paths? How could it be possible for My love—which longs to close all children in its arms again—to cast away even one? To deny even one child the possibility of returning home? Do you not trust Me to have the ability, in My wisdom and omnipotence, to find a path that all children can walk? No matter where they live; no matter what religion they follow; no matter what the color of their skin; no matter whether they are young or old, rich or poor, educated or uneducated?
One path for all!? I ask you from My heart, My beloved: use your reason—but exclusively as the right hand of the heart!
This path exists, and it remains the only path for finding your way back to what you long for deep within: it is the path of free decision for a life that corresponds to the commandment of love for God and neighbor, thus for a love such as I lived before you. It is not accumulated knowledge that moves you forward. No search, however intense and lasting many years, no meditation practice, no technique, no generosity in giving, no fulfillment of duties thought necessary, no praise and worship, and much more besides will make the light of your soul shine. This is accomplished exclusively by love, which first expresses itself in inner feelings and then in deeds and thus becomes visible. With its expression in everyday life there goes an ever more intense feeling of My nearness and of My working in your life.

My great undertaking of bringing all home therefore includes all people and souls. How could it then be My will to found an organization—if you like, a church—that everyone must join in order to be saved? And those who do not want to or cannot do so would be lost? Such an undertaking would never correspond to divine wisdom and love; it arises from human ideas shaped by the whisperings of darkness. To keep this from being immediately recognized as contrary to My commandment of love, parts of My teaching of truth were retained. And My ignorant children have been and are being presented with a teaching as My teaching which, embellished with all kinds of accessories, presents itself as “My church,” and whose members believe in it because they hope thereby to find the way to heaven.
Truly, I tell you: I never founded a church! Through Me love came into the world. It was meant to be the sole guideline—and what arose was a worldwide organization with many branches that appeals to Me, claims to follow Me, yet is infinitely far from doing so.
Take note—and this word applies to all who resist any objective examination: I mean the organization and its intellectual leaders, not the conscientious pastor and the religious sister who sacrifice themselves, set doctrines and dogmas aside, and have the well-being of people at heart.
I brought a movement of hearts, a community of love. I was an example showing that love can be lived; I lived it to the final consequence. I showed humanity a way of acting that can be integrated without difficulty into every religion and ideology: love—and nothing else! Whoever practices this law in everyday life will, in the course of inner development, easily be able to recognize that other commandments and regulations—which in most cases are nothing but restrictions and fetters—are not needed, and that rites, traditional customs, and outward forms are superfluous, indeed obstructive, because they block the view of what is essential.
Whoever acts in this way is like a wanderer coming ever closer to the longed-for summit, who has left behind everything that was still important to him in the valley and now recognizes that he is not the only one who has a goal before his eyes and faithfully follows it. Others come from other sides, but in all of them too burns the desire finally to reach the light that shines brighter and brighter on the heights.
Is it then still important what role you played in the valley? What views you adhered to? What seemed so desirable to you? No, you walked the sometimes difficult path of love lived out! On the way upward, with every stretch successfully traversed, you drew new strength—which came from Me without your knowing it—and grew strong and stronger. Would you still call yourself an adherent of a particular religion? Or by now someone who has entered into the following of the One who walked the path before you, who brought love and lived it? Perhaps also a follower of Jesus, a follower of Christ?
The name is not important. The name will not distinguish you, at least not in the eternal home. You return to Me solely through behavior that corresponds to My commandment of love, not through belonging to a religious group whose name you bear. Remember: I am a Father to all My children! And therefore there is only one measure: the effort to live out love; a measure anyone of good will can live by. Anything else would not correspond to My justice.
Whoever follows My commandment of love will stand before Me when his eyes open in the realm beyond; and he will recognize in Me the One whom he followed in life, even if during his lifetime he heard nothing or very little about Me. Even if his soul has not yet reached perfection after passing over because much unknown still awaits him, what he still has to recognize and learn is nothing compared with what still lies ahead for those who called themselves Christians but never truly walked in My footsteps.

What do you think, beloved child: is it worthwhile to embark on the adventure with Me? I have described to you My side of the love that has connected us since eternity. What does your side look like? From your point of view, how does our mutual love express itself? Does love not consist in understanding what gives the other joy and then giving him that joy? I know what you need, and since the beginning of your life—your spiritual life and at the same time your present human life—I have given it to you: the unceasing stream of My divine love, which contains everything and therefore gives you everything you need.
And what do I need from you? Only your yes that I may shape your life from now on, so that you are no longer dependent on the whims of fate that otherwise so often intervene in your life. Then the karma that is so often regarded with fearful eyes also loses its terror, because it becomes possible for Me to brighten the dark spots of your past. And to do so without your noticing.
If you desire it, I want to and will awaken in you the longing for more intense togetherness with Me. Give your inner feelings freer rein more often than in the past—and, if it “must” be so, your tears as well. Tears, when honest, are always a sign of deep inner feeling. They are released by your soul’s memory of what once was and by its joy about what is to come.
When in quiet moments you are overcome by feelings of My love and yours, then it is no longer a question whether you are willing to contribute your part toward coming still closer to Me. It consists in the effort to do what is right in the spirit of love of neighbor. When in doubt, ask yourself what Jesus would have done, and in most cases the answer lies clearly before you. If it is not yet so clear, then come to Me. Heaven answers questions of this kind with absolute certainty—not always immediately, and not always as directly as some might wish, but always in such a way that you will understand if you are watchful.
If you proceed in this way, My beloved sons and daughters, a contact arises between us that becomes ever closer and that you will eventually no longer want to do without. Then the adventure of a truly great love has begun. This is what I wish for you—and for Me.

And now, my human self, why do you still hesitate? Take care not to delay!
It is the Father’s love, after all, toward which you hasten.
Though sometimes the path may not seem easy, do not be troubled.
