Divine Revelation
I, the All-One, am present. You have invited Me, whom you love and for whom you long, into your hearts to be here among you, and such a request never goes unheard. For it is also My desire and will to cultivate inner fellowship with My own and to be very close to each one of My children—My sons and daughters.
I bring you My Fatherly love and the peace of heaven, and with them I touch the innermost depths of your soul so that it may recognize Me, its eternal Father, and rise toward Me. Surrender yourselves to this holy stream and experience what it means to be touched by the all-good divine hand—you here who hear these words, and no less you who read them.
With great earnestness, resting within My boundless, Fatherly, merciful love, I ceaselessly give you My word, spread My eternal truth before you, and let you share in all its many aspects that My own are able to grasp within their limited consciousness, so that each individual of good will and with a heart turned toward Me may gain an understanding and knowledge of where to orient himself and upon which path he should set his next steps.
Oh, see: the innermost core and deepest essence of all true love is unconditional, humble service toward all that is. I, your Creator-God, your heavenly Father, am love, and therefore in time and eternity I can and will never do anything other than serve every single one of My creatures without exception, regardless of what confused ideas My human children have formed, in the course of growing spiritual ignorance, about what divine service might mean. It means that My divine omnipotence and the whole body of My divine laws are at work in spirit as in matter solely for the welfare and healing of every created being!
Look at the nature all around you: Are you still able to marvel at the lavish splendor it brings forth, especially at this time, seemingly from itself, without the human being being able to contribute even the slightest thing? Indeed, quite the contrary: through his behavior and the way he treats nature and all that is natural, he creates countless adversities, disturbances, and changes that interfere with its finely balanced equilibrium and with the harmony I intended for it in such a way that—without insight and a turning back—nothing but confusion, upheaval, and destructive effects, to a greater or lesser degree, must result.
As long as My human children disregard the universal laws of love and harmony to which all living things are subject, trample them underfoot, and selfishly, greedily, even violently seek to subjugate them, nature will withdraw from them; and its loving service to the human being, which corresponds to its true spiritual nature, will turn into the opposite.
Thus, My beloved, from the painful effects you recognize how bitter the causes from which they arise must be. And when you then recognize it as desirable and necessary, bring about changes in your lives with My help and strive to serve the law of love and thereby your spiritual growth and that of your neighbor, and to promote it to the best of your ability, just as you promote all growth and flourishing in nature.
To love means to serve, so that everything that lives—both giver and receiver—may receive the blessings and joys that flow from selfless love. These are the smaller and greater surprises that sometimes appear to you as miracles: the splendor of blossoms and their enchanting fragrance, or a gesture of love from your neighbor, which stimulates your outer and inner senses, raises your consciousness and—if you allow it—fills you with joyful amazement, quiet humility, and gratitude, and not least seeks to remind you of Me, your Father, the one Source.
Since I, the loving Godhead, am the life in My entire creation, the universally valid primal principle of service also lies at the foundation of everything created by Me and is eternally present as the innermost essence in everything that lives through Me, restlessly striving to realize itself and reach fulfillment in the light. Do you not encounter it in the thousandfold life of your soil, the waters, and the air? In the inconspicuous little flower by the roadside that nevertheless shines from within itself? In the lark that jubilantly lifts its song of praise toward heaven? In the wind that makes forests and seas resound; in every raindrop? And does it not dwell in the life-giving rays of sun, moon, and stars?
Truly, I tell you, there is not one creature that is exempt from this principle! All the less the human being, My beloved ones endowed with reason and with the highest spiritual inheritance, free will.
So look at your lives in the mirror of mutual, loving service, and, if you wish, discuss this with one another in your conversations as well.
Selfless love, rightly understood, knows no other goal than to work so as to help all living things toward higher spiritual unfolding and maturity, toward joy and happiness, healing, and fulfillment in Me. Nothing that you, My child, are able to do equals such striving and endeavor in its all-around benefit and gain.
I am your heavenly Father, the One, the Servant of all who serve in time and eternity. Amen.
Divine Revelation
Serving love is the principle of life. I embody it and have placed it in each one so that it too may blossom through each one and will blossom for the good of My entire creation.
It was serving love that moved Me 2,000 years ago to enter matter in order to bring all My human children and soul-children what you call redemption. Yet My act as Redeemer has in many respects a different meaning from the one the churches give it. Their interpretation has in part taken on such abstract and incomprehensible forms that today hardly anyone still knows what My unique act of serving love actually consisted of, what it was meant to accomplish, and what I thereby not only intended to achieve but did achieve.
A few days ago you celebrated your Easter festival, and at those celebrations the word “redemption” was heard again and again. That I washed you clean with My blood; that I take away the sins of the one who believes in Me solely through My grace and his faith; and many other interpretations are found in this world. Redemption could scarcely be portrayed more falsely. It was the forces of darkness that over the course of many centuries made use, and still make use, of compliant instruments in order to distort My act of love—and My teaching of love as well—so thoroughly that hardly anyone still understands what truly happened.
And so, insofar as the consciousness of My human children can receive it, I want to outline for you some aspects of what I have done for My creation. Those who claim to be able to teach you because they have studied Me know nothing of what takes place spiritually; they know nothing, or very little, about spiritual worlds; they know nothing of the ongoing struggle between light and darkness; they do not know that My human children are being influenced without interruption; and thus they also do not know that what takes place in matter is not reality, but only a faint reflection of what occurs in the invisible realm. And it is always about gaining or retaining influence and power; in the end it is always about energy.
The human being Jesus of Nazareth was filled with My Spirit, for I lived in him. My incarnation had been prepared over many centuries, and the human covering of Jesus served My divine being as a vessel, just as every human being has a soul with a “center”: his eternally existing spirit being. As Jesus I taught the eternally valid laws of love, and I lived them before you. But that was only one part of the task I had set Myself; the more important part took place in the invisible realm and was energetic in nature. In My omniscience I saw the danger in which My children found themselves. I saw, in those of good will, on the one hand their efforts and exertions, but on the other hand also the impossibility of rising again from the depths of the Fall into the light by their own strength.
And so there was only one way to release all My children in every realm outside the pure heavens from their bondage, to redeem them: to bring them an additional energy that, at My physical death, flowed into every human being and every soul, which many enlightened men and women call the “Christ spark,” and which some who are close to Me perceive within themselves. Bringing this energy, planting My energy of love, stopped the Fall and—figuratively speaking—opened the heavens again.
My act of love therefore consisted in endowing each one with an energy of love that gives him the possibility, through free decision, to use this power of love within himself to set out on the way back to his heavenly home. Proclaiming the teaching of love in the world and living it before you through Jesus of Nazareth was one thing; the unique act of love, which no one other than I could accomplish, was the other: planting additional energy deep within every human soul and every soul in the subtle realms.
Since then this power can serve each one in freeing himself from the fetters that darkness has placed upon him and that he allowed to be placed upon him. If Christendom knew this—if it did not reduce redemption to My blood shed on the cross, to vague articles of faith and dogmas, false doctrines and prohibitions, but knew that My energy of love lives within the human being—can you imagine what that would mean?
People would know that I am within everyone. They would know that everyone receives help if he merely closes his eyes and goes inward with an honest heart. They would know that in that very moment they are connected with the Source of their life. With this knowledge, My brother, My sister, you believe far more readily in My help—indeed, you experience it, feel the stream of power, and begin to change the things in your life that you have recognized as needing change. Is that not incomparably more than speaking prayers and singing songs about My blood shed on Golgotha—only to return to daily life a short time later and display the same behavior as before?
That, My beloved, would have brought about in the shortest time a profound change, a redemption of human beings in the truest sense of the word. Instead, humanity was set upon a path at whose end the return home to heaven still stands, but which has now become a little “longer,” to use your words.
The forces of darkness could not prevent the introduction of My energy of love, but they could obscure the significance of this act and thereby also the knowledge of what I call inner work, which can be carried out within you with My power.
For better understanding, I want to give you another image. Compare your life, your self-created destiny, to a closed cage in which you—every human being—sit. But I want to see you free, for only then can you return to Me. With My power of redemption I have now given you the key. Everyone can accept it or not, according to his free will. Whoever wants to escape his cage must put his key into the lock and turn it in order to set out on the path to freedom. The key is My part; using it in free decision is your part.
And if you now say, “Lord, that is still a great deal of work I have to do,” then I will simplify the image a little for you. I even open the door of your cage for you—and now? You are still called upon to act, for you must still decide whether you want to leave your cage at all. The cage is your ego; it is your habits, your opinions, what you have built up for yourself, what you believe you absolutely must have and hold on to, what gives you deceptive security. Perhaps your cage even appears gilded to you, and you say: “I am supposed to get out of here?”
This step, this decision, My beloved one, I cannot and will not take from you, for you have free will. I will call you again and again, I will entice you, I will let you feel My love, but the decision whether you want to go out and step onto the path of light must be made by you. It has been so at all times, and it will remain so in the future. That is the other side of free will, the one that is not quite so pleasing to some.
Perhaps you ask: “Where, then, is Your love, Lord? Where is Your mercy, of which so much is said? Can Your mercy not simply bring me out of my cage?” I want to say something to you about that as well.
When I came to you in this room, I brought countless souls with Me. What has happened here, what has happened at all times and will continue to happen, is that souls are drawn by light. Wherever a human being radiates love, wherever he turns toward God, he shines; and a group shines more strongly than an individual. And when the call rings out through the heavens, “The Lord will raise His word here or there,” countless souls gather because they long for light and love.
The selfless work of helping souls, of showing them the way that leads them out of their darkness, is carried out by many groups. It is a service of love, service for the poorest of the poor, whom you do not see and who nevertheless are often near you. At all meetings in which My Spirit works, hundreds, indeed thousands and often tens of thousands of souls are present, waiting to receive inner feelings of love.
And I tell you: not infrequently entire groups of souls who have recognized their wrongdoing are then led into the light. And so it will be at this meeting of yours today as well.
You hear My word, you pass it on—that is what happens outwardly. Far more happens in the invisible realm when and because souls leave their cage. That too, My beloved, is redemption. Here My mercy then becomes effective, but it can become effective only when a turning back has taken place beforehand. True turning back, however, presupposes recognition of one’s own wrongdoing and remorse, followed by the call for help. And I tell you: many of the souls—who are your brothers and sisters, something that is forgotten often enough—are in a pitiable condition. They live in the effects they themselves have caused. Whoever experiences this for a time, whoever is confronted with the suffering he has caused, with the pain he has inflicted on others, with the false teachings by which he led others astray, lies—not merely figuratively—in cold and darkness on the ground. The step to an honest cry for help, to deep regret, is then no longer a great one. In that very moment My mercy envelops the individual or even a multitude of souls willing to return who take this step of surrendering their ego, of surrendering themselves to Me. My mercy therefore does not hold back, even if one person or another holds the view that it does not exist; on the contrary, it comes into action because I love each one of My children. And mercy does not balance debit and credit against one another like a bookkeeper.
Now apply such a situation to the lives of many people on this earth. Whoever can make the same surrender, whoever lets the same remorse rise in his heart, whoever sends the same cry for help to Me will experience the same mercy, because I am a God of mercy. But I do not act against the free will of My children.
This mercy of Mine will also be experienced by those who allowed themselves to be misused for the purposes of darkness in order to distort My teaching and who thereby prevented, and still prevent today, many of My ignorant children from setting out on the path to My heart. Truly, they have incurred guilt. But just as truly: My mercy serves them too, and I will also take them back into My arms. When that happens, they themselves decide.
My beloved, I have reminded you of My power within you and of the fact that you can not only call upon this power, but can also work with it—with Me—in order, step by step, to come out of the more or less burdensome depths of your lives, to enter brighter realms, and to experience what it is like to live with Me in daily life. Whoever does this consciously accepts the gift, the sacrifice of My redemption.
I hold My hands over you in blessing and over those who fill this room together with you. I tell you: light has arisen in many, and many will leave their dark valley with Me. And thus another part of redemption has again been accomplished, one of countless many that will be followed by countless many more. Amen.
